I enjoyed my stay in The Coach House, it was comfortable, clean and characterful. Check in and out was done without any face to face interaction, but worked well. I would stay again.

Good location and a nice property. Three weird things: one the toilet was out of the room and upstairs, two the shower was directly in the room which is very weird and uncomfortable and three there were no staff on site at all which was odd. Otherwise good facilities and a comfy bed.

Lovely place with kind helpful staff who looked out for our family. Breakfast wasn't available, but the manager gave us some good tips, and there's plenty of great food options throughout the city. My stepson loved it, especially the big bathroom linked to the family room we used. And our dog felt at home, so was very relaxed. Its a perfect location for access to the centre, but keep in mind if you're a light-sleeper during a weekend as it can get noisy outside late at night.

We enjoyed the suite and the location in Canterbury. Parking was tight but convenient to downtown locations.

Fantastic location & free parking, room wasn't nice at all, bed was clean & comfortable, toilet wasn't clean, tv didn't work.

Jeg følte mig i den grad ført bag lyset ved denne bestilling. Jeg havde bestilt et værelse med privat badeværelse. Da vi kommer ind på værelset, er det tydeligvis en gammel dagligstue i en almindelig villa. Der er intet badevætelse. Der står en åben brusekabine i rummet, der ikke giver noget privatliv i badet. Der er ingen toilet. Det skal man ud og dele med de andre på gangen. Desuden skulle man ved ankomst ringe på en dørtelefon og stå udenfor på gaden indtil manden i den anden ende havde fundet ens booking. Herefter forklarede han reglerne over dørtelefonen inden man blev lukket ind i bygningen. Der var INGEN form for personlig kontakt. Der lå en flyer på værelset hvor der stod tidspunkt for morgenmaden, men vi spiste ude i byen. Køkkenet i forbindelse med opholdsrummene var nemlig så voldsomt beskidt at vi ikke ville spise derfra. Desuden var der kæmpe hul i loftet i opholdsrummet, hvor det virkede som om, der kom vand ned. Ærligt så er det en gammel villa, hvor det virker som om nogen har fundet på at tjene en ekstra skilling. Når det er sagt var rengøringen på vores værelse upåklagelig og det var muligt at lave kaffe på værelset. Dette gjorde vi dog ikke, fordi elkedlen var ulækker. Det er tæt på centrum og forretninger. Jeg vil på ingen måde anbefale stedet.

Lovely rooms with georgian period details: clean and very comfortable but also quirky and charming.

Nice place, but hard to find for some reason. GPS directed us (twice) a quarter of a mile away from the actual location. Room had lovely antique furniture. Shower worked well but was small. Parking available but limited. Nice shopping though right next door. Quarter of mile walk to Cathedral, nearby a decent restaurant (plus other choices)

Nice accommodation in a great location. Clean and comfortable. Communication with host was quick and helpful. Close to centre of Canterbury and many bars and restaurants.

All good. Oddly, no hot water out of sink tap. Like no flow at all. Great location. Easy check in and parking right in front in optimal location.

Location was excellent.
