밤 11시에 체크인했는데 게시판에 직원이 오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지 대기하고 있다고 적혀 있었어요 전화해야 할 때 화장실이 부족하고, 객실 청결도가 부족함 하지만 공항까지의 거리가 5~10분밖에 안되어 짧은 환승에는 좋아요

I recently stayed at Borneo Inn in Jalan Kepayan Kobusak and I must say I had a wonderful experience. As I was doing my practical at Open University Malaysia Kota Kinabalu, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient for me. The hotel was just a stone 's throw away from the university, which made it easy for me to commute every day. The hotel's receptionist was also extremely helpful and welcoming. She was very good at communicating with me and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. Once I got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and tidy it was. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Overall, I had a great experience staying at Borneo Inn. The location was perfect for me, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kota Kinabalu.

Nearby airport. 10mins should arrive. Iron no where to be found, ask night shift guy, he don'tknow where it is. If the park inside compound, you need to park by roadside. Toilet need to be improved.
