Positive: the location is very good, the conditions of the mobile homes is very good and the facilities are good. Yes I do recommend the place but ready the negatives and decide Negative: check out time is 9:30 am which is not suitable at all and it was very hard for my family and I to get ready to check out at that time. A member of the staff came 3 time to remind me to leave and I needed to prepare our luggage and prepare the children then my wife and I needed to get ready and we took time. By that time the staff member came for the third time to tell me to leave and he got rude like he was kicking me out !!! I’m a 46 year old respectable man and in front of my wife and kids that staff member talked to me in a rude and unacceptable way. I had a good experience in that place and he ruined it for us.

Mobile homes but clean and roomy

Pros Beautiful loch views. Caravan was clean. Staff friendly. Cons Extortionate pricing ($500AUD per night) for an on site caravan. The walls are paper thin and the whole thing shakes whenever someone moves. Kids barely slept. Had to hire our own linen. Not at all happy with the quality of accommodations. Highly unimpressed and frustrated we spent so much money to stay in a cardboard box.

We had just arrived from overseas. The only thing there was a roll of toilet paper. No sheets, no towels. The mattresses were tiny. There was a hole in the bathroom floor (we could see right through it). And worst of all, there was no service. No one was there to greet us or help us. No way to contact anyone. We had to go somewhere else. We haven't received any refund from them, and Expedia can't reach them by email or phone either.

Great location near Fort William. As someon traveling from the US, it was a little unexpected to have to pay extra for bed linens and towels. Nice location, great view of Loch Linnhe. Staff very nice. Pay about 60 pounds extra for towels and bed linens. So, just factor that into overall cost.

Waste of $300 for a trailer where you couldn't get anywhere because all the doors backed up on one another. No hot water, had to pay for bedding for our bed and make the beds yourself. One hour for check in before they closed up as well. Only saving grace was the view, but definitely would not come back.

If you are looking to glamp just for a view this is okay but if at all you are looking for a comfortable stay this is not the place.. their mattress are just a inch and the most uncomfortable making it terrible for a nights sleep .. especially for the price you pay here you would expect a decent mattress.

Amazing place and friendly people

Beautiful location, perfect for exploring and taking day trips. The trailer was very cute, stunning view overlooking the loch and mountains. The only thing, the single beds were so tiny and it could have a few basic necessities, like salt and pepper for example and towels and duvet covers included. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms and very frie
