Since my booking was "Pay at the Hotel" I gave the payment right there and then but the front desk officer refused to accept my payment because they will process it through my credit card.. After checking out they post through fb account the ids of my drivers who were staying at the establishment,shaming and degrading them for jon payment of fees during their stay.. What a negligence?Cant they verify the details and call me instead?😡

The walls as you passed by to your room was awesome! Room was comfy but on our 1st night the heater was not working & aircon is not that cold but at our 2nd night everything was fine 👍🏻

My husband and I are both artists so we enjoyed our stay. We later knew that the owner is a renowned artist Kublai Milan created the Durian Monument in Davao International Airport. The surrounding area is a bit dark and the hotel is a bit old, but I think that makes for the overall rustic feel. The room was clean, there's aircon, hot shower, free wifi, TV with local channels and a cafe outside. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice addition though, to eliminate going out to the Kublai cafe just to get free hot water for coffee/tea. Also, soundproofing the rooms would be a plus because conversations in rooms could be overheard along the hallways. Crew is friendly, respectful and accommodating. Overall, for the price, it's a fairly good stay.
