일단 카운터가 정말 친절했고 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다

- 차량으로 플리트비체 15분 내 도착 가능 - 체크인 시 프론트 직원이 자리를 비워 10분 정도 로비에서 서성임 - 방은 깨끗하고 일반적인 호텔 스탠다드 룸 사이즈 - 냉장고에 기본적인 distilled water가 없어 문의했으나 수돗물 tap water 깨끗하다고 그냥 마시면 된다고 답변 받음 (1박으로 20만원 이상 주고 예약했으나 화장실 수돗물을 먹기가 좀 그랬음 ㅠㅠ) - 조식 맛있었음 - 근처에 저녁 먹을 곳이 없어 호텔 내 식당에서 해결 (오징어튀김 맛있었음ㅎㅎ)

전체적으로 다 깨끗했으나 좀 좁아요. 여름에 야외 수영장이 있다고 했는데..그냥 고무풀 정도 설치해 놓은 수준입니다. 숙박에 포함된 저녁은 맛있었습니다.

Lækker morgenmad og godt værelse. Poolområdet var fyldt med hvepse, og der lå et dødt firben i poolen, som ikke blev fjernet, selvom vi gjorde damen ved poolen opmærksom på det. Så man havde desværre ikke lyst til at opholde sig derude, hvilket er ret ærgerligt under en hedebølge. Men fin køreafstand til nationalparken

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen um die Plitvicer Seen zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, frisch und wurde stetig aufgefüllt. Zwischen dem Hotel und dem Poolbereich befindet sich der Parkplatz, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, da eine Hecke als Sichtschutz dient. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem auch im Hoteleigenen Restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there were three large tour groups, we still felt valued. The room was very nice (although it could have used more light) We had a very enjoyable stay. It was an excellent jump-off point for the Plitvice lakes and waterfalls

Excellent staff, receptionist and restaurant- Lamar is A1. Laxmi is very courteous. Cook staff is very flexible. TV kept conking out, and AC was not on- we were asked to open the window- and we were right above where the tour buses park. Noisy. Especially when the tour bus is full of Chinese tourists- non stop loud noise. Difficult place to stay when the hotel is full of these buses.

Conveniently located to the Plitvice national park, just a 10mins drive away! Kitchen closes late and had a wide variety of delicious food at breakfast. Rooms were spacious although bathroom was a little dated, it was still very functional!

The beds are very hard. Warning to thos with back pain! But very good breakfast. We were there in October, so th pool was not a question. But many insects in the room on the Western/sunset side of the building - we killed more than 30 and they have a bad smell. Since the air conditoning was off in October the room on the sunset side was very hot, and we could not open the balcony door becuse of insect invasion. So the receptionist gave us another room, on the other side of the building - with almost no insects.

Accueil très professionnel et agréable. Notre chambre est grande, propre et confortable. Il y a un petit frigidaire ce qui peut être pratique. La salle à manger est accueillante avec ses grandes fenêtres. Il y a un menu assez varié. La terrasse aussi est très bien, nous en avons profité pour l’apéro. Bref , il faut savoir que c’est un petit bijou au milieu de nowhere.

The lighting in that place is atrocious. Why in the world they think dim lights are necessary is beyond me. The restaurant was clean, the staff was so so. They were unable to speak Croatian, and their English was mediocre at best. The food was OK, but the refrigeration in the room did not work, and I ended up having to toss $600 worth of medication.
