전반적인 시설 및 객실 상태는 년차가 있어 양호하였지만, 직원들의 서비스 마인드와 고객 대하는 정신은 최악이었습니다.

The morning breakfast was good - but gets very busy around 8 am . We took our food back to our room. Didn’t use the pool or hot but looked clean. The coffee machine in the lobby was very nice and convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean with a fridge and microwave and keurig machine. Would stay again

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding. Amazing view from our room. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options, and it quickly became something I looked forward to every morning. I also loved the spacious shower, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service!

Breakfast is excellent. Both the room and public areas were clean. Air conditioning and heat both worked and quickly helped control the climate of the room. The pool was warm, not freezing which is always a plus.

Front desk couldn't help with extending reservation, thermostat did not work, shower was cold.
