전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel de Duif Lisse - Keukenhof

A strange internal layout of communal areas led to a dingey basement room with a tiny window offset from the room itself. The bathroom was clean but dated. The room was incredibly hot all night. The check in process was incredibly stressful as the hotel continually contacted me demanding various bits of information. Then upon arrival, the hotel used an odd digital key, which while novel, only really added complexity to what should be a simple process of getting a hotel room.

Alles war sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig geschlafen. Es war sehr heiß in unserem Zimmer.

Heel fijn dat er zo'n makkelijke check-in mogelijkheid was buiten openingstijden van de receptie. Mooi, hotel met fijne kamers.

The house is beautiful, but it’s not easy to reach. In the evening, there was no one to help us find the door, which made it even more difficult. The location is quite inconvenient — we spent a lot of time and money just getting there. In the morning, the nearest bus stop was far, and we couldn’t find a taxi. We ended up losing half the day just trying to get into the city. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants quick and easy access to the city center.

Es war sehr warm. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Im Sommer hätte ich nicht 2x gebucht.

Als je de kleine kamers neemt, dan zit je in de kelder met ramen op 3M dus geen buiten zicht. En waar laat op de avond vuilbak ken boven je worden verplaatst. Alle benodigdheden waren wel aanwezig. Aangename ontbijt ruimte en lobby wel.

Ik had een eenpersoons kamer geboekt maar er was een defect en kreeg een upgrade naar een mooie tweepersoons kamer. De kamer was sfeervol ingericht met een goede badkamer en een comfortabel bed. Het de lobby heeft een mooie moderne inrichting met comfortabele banken. Alles straalt rust en luxe uit. Zeker een aanrader en een goede uitvalsbasis voor iedereen die de Bollenstreek wil verkennen.

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Wollten zum Meer, aber die Hotels dort waren zum Teil doppelt so teuer. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, nur das Bad war super klein. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir gegenüber bekommen. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, es gab aber einen Wasserkocher, Instant Kaffee und Tee. Immerhin. Prima war die Online Check in Funktion, haben die Daten für die Türöffnung per Mail bekommen. Super praktisch

Natasha was very helpful in explaining everything having just arrived from airport. She also sorted out the hire bike. Guest area with coffee nice amenity. Overall helpful and friendly staff. Hotel right next to shops and cafes. Very happy with my stay

Close enough to walk to Keukenhof Gardens was the reason we chose this place. We stayed in a duplex room since it had a washer and we thought we could use it after 2 weeks in Scotland before coming to see Keukenhof Gardens. (Beautiful!) Spiral staircase going up to room. Once in the room there was a very steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. Not easy with heavy luggage. The rooms were good sized but the extra staircase to the bedroom/bath was inconvenient. Breakfast was nothing special at all and I would not pay extra for it. Overall a basic hotel in a charming area of Lisse. Beware you must get a digital key if you are checking in after 5 pm or you will not be able to even get in the front door. We did this, but luckily someone was still at the desk when we arrived at 5:30. The front door digital key worked but our room key did not! The desk person gave us an actual key for us to use. Don't know what we would have done if she hadn't still been at the desk! The plus is that there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance, the gardens were a 15 minute walk and parking was free!

They forgot to clean our room one day, which was supposed to be cleaned daily. The doors were in a poor condition, and it was not possible to lock the entrance door from inside, which made traveling with a toddler stressful. The bedroom was a bit old and smelly, because it didn’t have any ventilation. On the other side, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel offers straightforward comfortable accommodations at a good price. It is vry quiet and close to the gardens. The attached (but separate) restaurant is delightful. The limitations of the front were a problem for us, as we were arriving after 6pm. We eventually sorted out our stay, but it was not straightforward.

Beautiful, clean, and centrally located hotel. Very kind staff. Definitely recommended.

We were disappointed in that the photo we saw (and based our decision on staying) indicated more space in the room.In fact, the room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed. The cost for the room was triple what I would expect for a room of that size. Plus the headboard was covered with dust. The staff offered no help.

Visiting Lisse in the tourist season to see the tulips. The hotel room was in a basement without daylight. The hotel toilets were just outside our room. The room interior was unfinished and closets not cleaned. Breakfast is limited. Staff was not helpful in finding an alternative room or accommodating other requests. I would recommend another hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, and Keukenhof Gardens. Slightly small room but had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee machine.

No tiene elevador y cuando se traen maletas pesadas es muy incómodo , Hacía frío y la calefacción no sirvió la segunda noche, traté de llamar pero solo contesta la computadora .

Réception ouverte seulement de 14 heures à 17 heures. Obligation de tout faire par soi-même en se pré-enregistrant sur Internet. Personnel désagréable. Chambre non disponible à 14 heures car ménage non fait. De plus je n etais pas averti que ma chambre étaist au sous-sol donc que c était une cave..
