전체 평가 및 리뷰 Kyriad Résidence Casablanca Centre Ville

정말 만족했던 숙소입니다. 찾기도 쉽고 주방도 있고 근처 슈퍼도 있고 무엇보다 주변이 안전하고 따뜻하며 참 좋았던 숙소입니다. 근처에 트렘이 있어 트램타고 다닐 수 있어요. 기차역도 가까워서 공항 가기도 쉽고요. 호텔 수준의 숙소여서 아주 만족했어요. everything is good. i think here is the best hostel in the city

Bien placé , chambre studio spacieuse et pratique . Attention aux chambres côté avenue avec tramway

Dirty, avoid this hotel. They offered to find another room for us, but if you cannot clean my original room, I do not trust that you can clean any room. We immediately left to a different hotel. They refused a refund, and did not answer Expedia when they tried on my behalf. Also there was a group of large flies as soon as the elevator opened to the 5th floor. Downstairs I understand because the door is constantly opened. But upstairs? It was incredibly difficult getting a cab outside, I ended up using the Careem app.

The staff are amazing and so helpful to the people there especially us who have language barriers The bartenders were amazing as well

Bruyant avec les femmes de menage tres lztinales et lumiere sui reste allumées toute la nuit dans le couloir Obligée de réclamer des serviettes de toilettes. Les abords pas tres securisants

The rooms are large. Waking distance to the Old Medina. The Front Desk female staff would speak to each other and not acknowledge you. The Front Desk oversees two hotels. I informed the staff which hotel I booked and could not find my reservation. I reminded her again and she found my reservation. I told her that I was joining a group on the second day so I wanted the same room and key. Unfortunately, she did not follow through on my request. It was a little hassle the next day when my key would not work. Only the male Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Un peu déçu. La poubelle n avait pas ete vidée. L eau de la douche était presque froide. On a dîné au restaurant de l hotel : mediocre Le personnel tres sympa et serviable A part la poubelle oubliée la chambre est propre

The property is really 5x. i will be happy to return back if not for the staff. the receptionist rude attitude on welcoming guests. Insisting one must wait for 3pm before one could be checked-in not considering the number of hours it took you to get there on flight. But overall the facility is exceptionally wonderful

Je dors à l'hôtel environ 2 semaines par mois et reconnais être exigeant au fil du temps. Ma bonne expérience dans les Kyriad m'a encouragé à réserver celui de Casablanca. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, literie confortable : un petit studio avec kitchenette. Les points positifs s'arrêtent là. Sur la table, la télécommande de la TV était retournée et il manquait une pile. Malgré le nettoyage fait tous les jours, la télécommande n'a pas bougé de place jusqu'à mon départ. Le frigo de la kitchenette ne fonctionnait pas. Le restaurant est en fait celui du Campanile. La nourriture du pdj ou du buffet du soir était très décevante. Le café qui mousse, pas de fruits, des produits surgelés à peine tièdes. Surtout le service est à revoir : 5 personnes devant les machines à café qui ne fonctionnent pas mais personne ne bouge. 2 ascenseurs pour desservir tous les étages du Campanile et du Kyriad en même temps. Chaque petite demande à la réception prend des heures, à tel point que je n'ai pas attendu ma facture au check-out parce que mon taxi m'attendait pour l'aéroport. Seule l'équipe du bar était sympathique et efficace. Bref je n'y retournerai pas

Tout le personnel était très attentif au besoins du client Portier tres sympathique et serviable Femme qui faisait mon menage était très professionnelle et gentille Beau séjour merci as tout personnel Roger

J’y suis restée une semaine et c’était super. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le personnel a l’accueil est d’un professionnalisme sans faille. L’hôtel est situé à côté d’une station de tramway et la gare Casa Port est à 5min en voiture. Un grand merci à Samir et ses collègues.

Be aware that they turn the air conditioner to a heater in winter and an air conditioner in summer so we didn't stay the whole reserved nights because we couldn't sleep and we can’t open the windows because of the noises outside and its can’t be opened all the way. The size of the room was good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned perfectly. We found an insect in the kitchen’s drawer.

Nice location, access to a tram, 20 minute walk to the medina and fish market. Recommend for a few nights stop

Customer service & Morocco is an oxymoron
