We were very pleased with the clean, updated room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, two areas with sinks for a couple to get ready. Only criticism would be that the office, breakfast area needs to be redone - musty odor.

This is a hidden gem on the Cape!! Found them via a travel site. All the reviews started out with how clean the place is, and I could not agree more. Owners are extremely hospitable and welcoming. Experienced a phenomenal Fourth of July parade from their side yard. Renovated rooms are as nice as any chain hotel in which I’ve stayed, and I have stayed in many. The homemade muffins are a nice touch for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the air-conditioning works great. I feel fortunate to have found this place for my wife and two young adult children. We stayed Sunday through Friday. Being a Motel, having a designated parking spot right outside of our door was also a great accommodation.

Excellent stay for our week in Orleans for the Fourth of July. Highly recommend!

Esthetically, it is like many hotels on the Cape. Very clean, but dated. Which is fine, we only needed the room to sleep in, didn't stay in there all day. The bed was quite high. The problem was the very dated air conditioning. Very old, extremely loud and the musty smell was overwhelming. If you have respiratory issues, I wouldn't stay here. Makes me wonder if this unit was ever cleaned. The breakfast consisted of 3 plates of muffins and containers of cereal. Coffee was not great. The pool area very clean, on street side but landscaped for privacy. No issues with staff, very pleasant. Many restaurants in area.

Was recently remodeled. Easy after hours check in.

For a 2* motel this place is really great! It has everything you could want, even some fresh homemade muffins for something quick to grab. The rooms are new and updated. Very nice. Super clean. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. My only complaint, if I had one, is that the bed was too soft for me... but I like a super firm mattress. The temp was easy to control, which is super important to me. Close to hikes, beaches and some wonderful restaurants. We will stay again.

Blueberry muffins were good and the front office was very kind.

This was our 2nd Memorial Day weelend staying here, and 4th night total. It's clean, quiet, has a private parking spot in front of each room. Not having to climb stairs is nice. There is a microwave, mini frig coffee pot, small tv, and blow dryer included. Love to see the bible in the drawer! A nice pool. A continental breakfast with homeade muffins. There was a few cons this time. The water pressure in shower was so slow and no liner, made a water mess when showering. The tv shut off at 11pm randomly. Callled the front but the staff were not help just gave excuses. The 10am check out was much to early, since we only stayed one night. Those were just things to think about for next time. The beach is very close and we have even walked to the center of Orleans b4 and left the car parked. Just be careful because the intersection is very busy in ftont of the property. There was a car crash at the lights as we waited to cross last year.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Orleans! It was incredibly clean, spacious room, new bathroom and really lovely owners. The home made muffins in the morning were wonderful. I highly recommend this motel!!
