전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Falls Hotel & Inn

In general, everything was really good. One thing is that we had given a room located kind of outside of the main hotel building where we have to walk outside to head to our room and the people outside can kind of see you through the window and you can see them as well if you keep the curtain open. Other than that, the staffs are friendly, the hotel room is hygienic and there is a refrigerator as well.

The pool looked a bit murky so we didn't go in. Thecrooms were kept well. Our room could use a new tub. Was very clean, just older.

Close to all the attractions and the falls. Walkable distance.

Staff are friendly and the room clean but need some upgrade for the tub is peeling the curtains out of rod. so far is good

Parking lot is difficult to move around the room was good staff friendly negative: asked to park in underground so outside parking lot used for public parking for $20

The place is unclean, smelly and not feel secure at all

I always booked this hotel every time i visit Niagara Falls.

Our room had a lot of ants. We checked in and bathroom had many. Our room was changed and second room was sufficient girl at desk helpful but I feel we could have been upgraded at no cost for the inconvenience. We are 3 seniors moving luggage up and down stairs it would have been nice to be upgraded to hotel. I think the young girl at desk wanted to but general manager overheard the ants are normal on outside rooms from the office

Overall great stay! My son said the pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable (16 yr old) but everything else was comfortable. In the bathroom, everything was clean, the drain could use some TLC due to some green discoloration. The room was spacious, lots of places to put your stuff! We checked for bed bugs and roaches, no signs of either. The housekeeper we spoke to was so sweet! She made swans out of towels on our bed, provided us with a pillow for the pull out couch (room did not have one when we got there) and provided extra shampoo, conditioner, etc, knowing we had 5 of us!

Great value. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful Hotel

Price was great. Hotel needs renovations but we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and they offer a great deal on breakfast with the stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Great location. Comfortable beds.

The rooms are clean

Overall, it's a nice place. However, the issue is that parking is $20 per car per night. But its a fair price as there really is not other alternative.

Easy parking. Nice clean

The stay was good and we were able to walk where ever we needed to go. But if we chose to drive, parking was easy. This is the second time i have stayed here.
