Highly recommended a stay if coming to Albany.

Enjoyed the stay

Two broken exhaust fans very noisy. Clothes dryer with lint and sand. Dishwasher with broken glass. Handbasins drain slowly and bubbles up with soap. Lots on incomplete sets and junk in kitchen pantry. Non-stick fry pans all very scratched and need replacing. Broken vacuum cleaner. Fly screens very dirty. Backyard has lumps of cement on lawn. Basically lacks simple maintenance by someone who cares about presentation and standards.

Close to everything.

Good view of part’s of the city, 2 minutes to town centre by car, great place to stay would highly recommend.
