발코니 스위트에서 머물렀는데 전망은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 저녁에 발코니 창문 사이로 바람이 너무 많이 심하게 불어서 잠을 들었다 자주 깰 정도로 바람이 심하게 불었습니다.

숙박시 1박당 $40 크레딧을 주는데 3박 중 2박만 크레딧을 인정을 해주고 나머지 하루에 대해서는 인정을 해주지 않았습니다. 체크 아웃시 이 부분에 대해 클레임을 했고 확인해 보고 $40은 카드로 돌려 주겠다고 했지만 열흘이 지나도 답변이 없었습니다. 호텔 위치는 최고이지만 마지막 체크 아웃할때 직원의 태도는 좀 이해할수 없었습니다.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. However, after checking out, the hotel paid for the amount I did not use at the hotel restaurant. After checking several times, I received a response that it was the hotel's mistake, but I still haven't received a call to cancel the card or apologize. It's very disappointing that a 5-star hotel would make such a mistake. I don't want to use it again. I hope the hotel handles this quickly. Please make sure all credit card payments and receipts are not additionally charged.

We loved our stay in NYC at The Time Square Edition. The staff and food were both exceptional. We were disappointed that the Paradise Club was closed during our entire stay, that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and felt that should have been disclosed, but other options were a short walk but not as convenient as we had planned. We upgraded our room to have a corner balcony, which my husband absolutely loved, the beds were uncomfortable, very firm, but we would recommend staying here and would again when in NY.

First time staying here. We loved it. The staff were so hateful and happy and just a great energy. The other guests were also so enjoyable. Yes your in times square but so close to everything. And we slept great. The room was nice and clean. We had a bottle of wine and a welcome dessert. I would absolutely go back to Times!
