The room is great. The staffs are friendly, helpful and informative. However, there is some issue with the hotel. The hotel is situated in the middle of muslim quarters which is kind of far away from public transports (eg. metro and bus station). Secondly, there is no carpet at the toilet door to dry the feet after using. We have to use the bath towel as the foot dryer which we think it's not really hygienic, even though the towels are changed and clean everyday.
