Good environment for relaxing & refreshing

Hebat, tenang, staf yang mesra, akan datang lagi dengan keluarga.

The room a bit run down need further improvement but the staff and breakfast are ok 😁

Room spacious and comfortable but too far from river and doesn't have swimming pool plus staff only 1 male Indonesian.

the place is really dirty. the blanket and the towel they never changed it with new one.The atmosphere in my room is really dusty which cause to difficulties to breath for me and my wife. Their bed also very hard and uncomfortable which cause my back feel so ache sleeping on it. I am really disappointed with their place!!

Nice bed, but the room is too small for RM 260. Nak ke riverside area, kene daki gunung siket, effort siket. The towel cleanliness need to be improved. Free flow coffee and tea provided at cafe. Quite nice ambient of the surrounding area.

Room & toilet are clean. Food also good.

We had a great stay here. Nature lover will love this place and we really enjoy the river next to this hotel. Food was delicious but the variety can be improved.

Bilik ada sawang tangga naik ke bilik-bilik berdebu utk dapatkan bantuan perkerja hotel susah bila d hubungi lambat diangkat telipon. Tapi walau bagaimana pun minum pagi memuaskan.

Boleh bawa family datang lagi. Memang seronok jauh dari bandar.

- receptionist always not at the front desk...waiting for almost 1 hour only for check in - workers are not friendly - do not have standby chef..cannot order the food because the chef injured her legs on that day..want to buy the maggi cup at the front desk, but there is nobody at the front desk for me to deal with - hot water is only provided at the restaurant but empty in the kettle and not ready 24 hours - cadar bertahi lalat

the honest review by me, the resort itself not as spacious as i imagined , it just consists about 12 rooms only . got only 4 car park space. so u can imagine how small the resort is . but the room is ok just be careful with the advertisement showing king bed , reality is you just got twin bed n needed to pay rm30 to upgrade your bed to king . water pressure is superb , bedroom cleanliness is good . no receptionist upon arrival , you need to find her at the kitchen area . she just hand me the empty form to fill out the form by myself, but its ok . when check out no one attended us , we just left keys on the table . breakfast menu are nasi lemak , mee hoon goreng , cereals , toast , and hot water (coffee and tea), u even can have coffee and tea anytime during ur stay . no jacuzzi available, the stream quite far , need to walk about 5 minutes , need to go through uphill n downhill , might be difficult for people with knees problem , but there were no one when we enjoying the stream , so relaxing .

Sesuai untuk yang mencari ketenangan, walaupn breakfast tidak banyak pilihan tapi masakan sedap, coffee dan tea 24-hour dekat cafe, sungai belakang resort yang paling best air bersih.

Nice places and value for money

We are happy that they are kind enough to provide coffee and tea all day long. Appreciate that they do prepare the breakfast for us at very early in the morning for plus before we went for our ultra event.

I booked the hotel for a family trip. Overall it was good. The place is nice, there is a river nearby if you want to go for a dip. Room and bathroom modest and clean. If you want to enjoy nice and quiet, this may be the place for you. Mind you, the journey to get to this hotel may be long and winded, but you will have a pleasant stay once you reached the place.
