유일한 좋은 점은 칫솔이 부드럽다는 것입니다. 나는 여기에 두 번 머물지 않았습니다.

Rooms were great and clean. And to top it off staff were super friendly. Excellent service.

Pleasant stay on the 1st night. View was amazing. I like this room 1244. 2nd night 3am like that room had no electricity so have to change room to 1103. That room not good at all. Air conditioner not working properly. 1st day had the breakfast buffet. Ok la nothing to shout. Overall, the stay was worth the money that I paid for.

We stayed for 4 night. they always clean our room after 2 pm.. the clean room service not satisfying.

I travelled alone to Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is close to Lrt station, but walking from the hotel to the station, I was feeling a little bit scared since I have to walk through a building which is empty. And when I stayed there, I got room and the corner, I feel uncomfortable about that. Overall the breakfast was good.

Stayed for 4 nights. I arrived there and they let me do early check-in. The hallway is smelly and hot, carpet also dirty, once I get in the room, the smells was really bad. Aircond was so so. Water pressure is slow. Food wasn't tasty. The location is okay for business trip I stayed in different Ibis styles hotel before and this is the worst I've ever been.

I was kind of disappointed with the house keeping as they didn’t communicate well with the reception. I was late check-in staying for 5 days using two vouchers and they knocked my door while I was sleeping next morning. When I opened the door they said I was expected to check out today. I told them not possible and I was so annoyed as I was tired after a long trip. The worst part Receptionist called me explaining the same thing that I supposed to check out today. I explained that I am staying for 5 days. Housekeeping always made so much noise when they do the cleaning and banged the door which obviously I could hear it from my room. The last day of my stay was the same thing which I was barely able to sleep due to noises and It’s going to be first and last.

Kamarnya sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat, desain hotelnya juga bagus, lokasinya sangat dekat dengan LRT station, mudah kemana-mana dan lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat ke KLCC, central market, mesjid jamee, bisa menjadi salah satu pilihan menginap ketika di kali, harganya juga cukup ekonomis, petugasnya ramah.
