직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 위치도 좋았고, 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 헬스장에 있는 수건이 정말 형편없었다는 것입니다. 냄새가 너무 심했어요!!

모든 게 훌륭했어요. 아이들과 저희 모두에게 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고요. 벌써 다음 휴가 호텔 목록에 추가했어요.

좋은 장소이고 사람들도 친절해요

꼭 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 요가 장소와 가깝고 서비스도 좋고 분위기도 좋고 조용한 곳입니다.

전략적 위치, 아름다운 호텔, 좋은 서비스, 우붓 중심지와 가까움, 예술 시장까지 걸어서 갈 수 있음...

Attentive and very friendly staff + the best spa I've had in Bali (across Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Ubud). Service always came really quickly when requested, clean bathtubs (I've had to switch rooms because I injured myself and didn't want to walk too far to one of the best and biggest non-suite rooms), very nice shampoo + showering stuff and body lotions, and little/no insects/lizards in the room (for Bali it's almost unheard of)! Staff in the Spa knows you by name if you're a regular like me (only been there thrice before this trip a few months ago) which really gives off the VIP feel when they greet you by name upon seeing you. Both my 2 masseuse/therapists also remembered our conversations from a few months ago so it's really a very wholesome experience that I'm glad I brought my better half to enjoy. Location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the heart of Ubud. Latest trip was on my birthday and we came back to the room with a Happy Birthday message at the foot of the bed written in rose petals. And no, I did not highlight it anywhere in my booking. Only downside is the stupid Yoga Barn beside with its stupid loud music and nutbags screaming like they're clubbing in the middle of the day.

Went there for our honeymoon. Great place to stay. It has a rice field for a photoshoot, an outdoor pool, and an indoor bathtub. There's plenty of walking distance shops and restaurants near the resort, too.

Really recommend staying in this hotel! The people who work in this hotel are very nice and helpful. All the facilities are great. The location is really close to some cafes in Ubud.

This accommodation is perfect for a holiday. Nice view, close to good restaurants, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean, comfy bed. I really enjoyed my stay in Alaya.

Kamarnya sih luas dan oke banget, sayang dapat kamar di ujung lantai atas jadi effort juga buat bolak-balik.

Lokasi hotel strategis di pusat keramaian wisata Ubud, lingkungan hotel/kamar nyaman, tenang dan sejuk, cocok untuk pasangan yang mau berbulan madu.

We stayed at Alaya as we wanted to be somewhere in a beautiful, quiet setting to celebrate Nyepi. We had a room near the pool and it was really noisy and everyone was on their phones and talking loudly, and we found it di respectful of tourists towards the culture. Not the hotels fault, but wish they could enforce not to use phones and to be quiet during this important celebration in Bali. Room was comfortable and spacious. Location is great. Need to have more vegetarian food options available on the menu.

Nyaman banget di kamarnya, luas dan bersih. Dan air mineral aqua botol kaca dalam semalam dapet 8 botol loh., 4 botol saat check in sudah ada. Lalu 4 botol lagi refill pada saat kami keluar untuk dinner. Simple ya padahal hanya air minum tapi meaningful banget. Good job Alaya. Bath foam nya wangi banget. Suka sekali. Amenities juga bagus, shampoo, bath gel dan conditioner juga wangi natural. Shower besar dan panas dengan baik. Balkon langsung ke taman dan akses langsung ke kolam renang. Rest pison sebelahan kanan persis. Makanannya enak-enak, lalu akses ke Monkey Forest juga jalan kaki santai sekitar 15 menit. Sebelahnya lagi ada supermarket cukup besar tapi harga disitu agak pricey ya. Saya booking pada saat malam tahun baru. Walaupun tidak ada acara di hotelnya, tapi pas jam 12 tetap ada kembang api yang bagus terlihat dari kamar. Kalau ke Ubud saya pasti nginep lagi di Alaya. Thank you.

The minus to stay here is just the parking area is so small but the room is so spacious, there are like a big area like for bathtub but it is removed so I think you need to think that area to put something else
