This hotel is perfect for short gateway! I'm surprised that with this budget I can get a really comfortable room, clean bathroom and bed. It 's located in the middle of city so we can find any restaurant easily. Near Imago shopping mall and near the beach. Their service was impeccable and every staff member has a great communication and very helpful. Very recommended 😍.

It's was a pleasant stay. The name of the hotel really reflect the theme. Big mirror in room makes it feel bigger than it actually is. The long table/chair is really useful to put lots of stuff. Switch off the lamps in the room and turn on the toilet lamp, you got the ocean feels. Magical! The bad thing about our stay is there's no allocated parking available. Also, a construction is ongoing on the opposite side of the hotel, so you might get a lil messy feelings before entering the hotel. The breakfast has limited choices but they got all the important stuff so it's okay. I just hope they use the actual Coco Crunch by Nestle instead of the imitation one. Overall, great stay. 👍🏻

Hotel is located at a strategic place with convenient store just around the corner. Room was clean and spacious. Was a bit unlucky to have the air condition leaking on last day of stay, however maintenance support was quick to respond and got it fixed. Hotel also provided shuttle services to the nearby malls. Will definitely come back again.

The receptionist hold my reservation and allowed me to check in at 145am as I arrived late from the outskirts of KK. Overall, the superior room was spacious, relatively clean, comfortable and equipped with all the essential items. The only downside is that there are not many places to eat after midnight and there is no 24 hours coin laundry shop.

I like the room so much. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. Finding place to eat was easy and there is a food court nearby which has a variety of food choices. Our stay there was awesome.

Despite hotel is full, they managed to upgrade me to deluxe room from superior room due to unmatching reservation info via online. I am all satisfied with the hotel facility. The location to the city center is just rm4/5 away by grab. Food court/convenient store/ affin bank/maybank is just at the back of the hotel, Overall it is convenient stay for me with husband, parent and baby for 4days/3 night. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
