Kamar kotor, ada kecoak, cicak, semut. Air tak panas.

Saat check in persulit pada bingung dari jam 12, bisa check in jam 5 an jadi masuk ke upperview hotelnya.

Pelayanan teruk sangat, tak best sangat

Very poor management and staff. Mistakes over mistakes from checking in until out. Not profesional at all. Disapoint came long way but very poor customer service.

Ada salah seorang staff kurang cekap dan kurang teliti semasa tamu datang check in dan cuai dalam menangani, saya bagi ID tempahan saya tapi salah seorang staff dia cakap ni saya salah masuk hotel, dah 1jam saya tertangguh nak check in wal hal memang hotel inilah hotel yang saya booking, masib baik saya xnaik hantu, cukup lah sekali buat tempahan di hotel ini.

1 ตึก 2 โรงแรม เข้าเช็คอินผิดที่เสียเวลาเกือบ 1 ชั่วโมง แถมไม่มีการแนะนำอีกที่ ผู้ที่ต้องการพักควรสอบถามพนักงานให้ดีครับ

Me and my friend visited Kuala Lumpur again, and this time we stayed at Regalia Residence, its nice room apartment, and we got upgrade room from the management, thank you very much, because the room was so big and we are so relax and enjoy stay at room, and most things to do is swimming at the sky pool in Regalia with an amazing view, so stunning, hope could be back to regalia one day with more people to have fun.

훌륭한 숙소입니다. 전망도 좋고, 객실도 편안합니다. 이곳을 추천합니다.

Just stay there, overall is ok but the lift is not on time

Bathtub clogged. Living room aircond not working. Aircond in room not cool enough.

The accommodation really very nice and clean. Strongly recommended for vacation at here. Only the parking very problem need some improvement.

The pool is only the highlight of this place. Nothing else.

One of the room have air-con problem. And please put a broom so that customer can clean the house because it's not so clean and we have to clean again.

Slow lift and abnormality. But anything is good.

Very nice view of hotel and good location. great view from the sky pool. The water is too cold and cannot swim for long period at the level 5th. And more, the receptionist asked for deposit of RM400.

Location not strategic, room not clean. First impression so bad for this residence, not clean, lift room surrounding very messy. Their security not friendly. In swimming Pool level 5, got doing some job, water splashing in pool. Not recommended for this residence. Need more improved. Only their swimming pool upper level was so nice because facing KLCC.

The space of living hall is super big, with a great view at the infinity pool! Cleanliness in the unit still can be improved though.
