객실 전망과 호텔 위치는 매우 좋았습니다. 객실 상태는 약간 오래되었지만 괜찮았고, 객실 발코니는 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다.

저는 Resorts World Langkawi에 머물렀는데 정말 즐거웠습니다. 정말 놀라운 경험이었고 그곳에 머물 수 있는 기회였습니다. 분위기도 훌륭했고, 부지도 넓었고, 객실도 좋았습니다. 앞으로 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

욕실, 변기, 세면대의 디자인은 전혀 좋지 않았습니다. 쓰레기통은 폴리에틸렌으로 제공되지 않았고, 옷을 보관할 옷장이나 알미라가 없었습니다. 발코니에서 보이는 전망은 훌륭했습니다.

A dollar have a vLue. There were many guests giving negative feedbacks. I don't face them like air con, poor wifi. Probably is a bit old for a beautiful view hotelThey have all. The amenities to qualify a 4/5 star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay here that we extended our stay! Although the hotel is a bit old and we had to walk so far to our room, but the staff (although understaffed), were friendly and just awesome! They made us feel welcome and even the chef came out every morning to greet us. The breakfast could have had more variety, but other than that, the island hopping family package was definitely a steal! We enjoyed it very much! Location is a plus too! Private, yet just a 5min drive to Chenang.

Only one lift and share 5 blok, walk very far and not convenient for the old people. breakfast not so many choices as a 4star resort

Pros: The view was beyond amazing. I stayed at premier seaview. You woke up, open the slide window and all your problems will go away. Very spacious room. I took the twin bed, the size was so big, bed was very comfy and still have lots of space. The shower and the loo was saparated, genius, so that it can be used at the same time. The loo will not get wet as well from the shower room. They provided mini fridge, iron and the ironing board. Infinity pool was divine, I suggest to swim around 6 pm so that you can also catch the sunset or almost sunset view. Ample parking lot. Cons: the only problem is the wi fi connection was beyond terrible. Especially at night. They use Roomie apps, so it made it worse. Free movie is useless as you may not be able to watch it after all. When you spend the whole day outside, you just wanted to lay down, get lazy and be able to surf the net or watch TV uninterruptedly. But that is not possible. If the hotel can tackle this issue, it would be perfect.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sunset. A place for relax because the location is not sharing with the other hotels in Langkawi. You will receive a refreshing welcome drink when you step into the hotel lobby. My booking is for Premier room seaview 1 king bed and definitely it is the right choice for me. The room spacious and the got seperated toilet and shower room. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I reached Langkawi a bit early and just went to the hotel to confirm on my booking. The staff was kind enough to check for me and even went an extra mile to check if any available room ready since I reached a bit early and I managed to check in early. Thank you so much for the good service, nice room and a very good surrounding area hotel. Will definitely come and check in here again

Book 3nights but during 1st night stay the room we get very far, kind of broken door, bedsheet has bedbugs blood, itchy I don't know why too and not very clean toilet. Ask to change a room but only next day will be avail so thanks to a woman staff, I don't know what her name but she's been very helpful! The last 2nights were awesome room looks new clean except the bathroom got separated between shower and toilet lol but view was awesome pol awesome but not very clean water foods are fine. Yeah satisfying. Thank you!

Saya book dekat online agent bilik menghadapat sea view, tapi bile sampai saya dapat bilik menghadap belakang. Agak kecewa, terpaksa bayar 80 ringgit untuk 1 malam untuk dapat bilik sea view. Total 2 malam kena tambah 160 . Bilik yang saya dapat agak jauh untuk pergi ke kawasan breakfast. Hotel tengah renovation.

Hi , This is my 2nd stay with Resorts World Langkawi (Long Stay), bad experience and definitely this is my last stay with RWL. 1. 25/12 at 5.00pm - Arrived and no Concierge or bellman to welcome and arrange our luggage until I need to find him. (Inside the Front Office Room - Observing until now there is no staff to do so and other guest need to find Concierge) The room was untidy. - Bad service experienced. 2. 25/12 @ 6.30pm - After checked in we went down at Zest Cafe & Lounge and had our dinner. The food was horrible (Photo attached). - Emergency Fire Alarm triggered and all staff just don't bother at all. - Please inform to all guests let say testing the alarm system is going on or any. - The General Manager of the property busy arranging his table to have a whiskey with all his friends. With sour face to us and never entertain returning guest like us. 3. 25/12 @ 10.00pm - Noticed the bathroom clogged after shower my baby. Need to wait for Maintenence guy to come and repair the thing. - Don't sell your room if the room is not ready. 4. 26/12 @ 6.45am - Found there is no Laundry Sheet/Form inside the room, called Front Office and he said 7.00am will send to the room. 7.15am still not received any, called again and he said will send. 7.30am haven't received, called and he said will send again. 7.50am still not received. - How long you need to send the form? 5. 28/12 @ 3.30pm - Came back from outside activities, found the room was untidy and there is no Laundry Sheet/Form again, no tissue and no toilet rool. Smells the tobacco smoke (might be from next door - connecting room). - Fire Alarm triggered. - Speechless. 6. 29/12 @ 5.00pm - Fire Alarm triggered again. - No any information or announcement. - Myself confused about whether there is an emergency or Fire Drill Training. We still have a few more days to go and do not know what going to happen until our last day 01/01/2022. Is a nightmare to us to celebrate our holiday and New Year in Langkawi Island. Thank you. Makanan tidak mencukupi, parking lot gelap, Restaurant keadaan tidak terkawal sehingga mengabaikan SOP, persekitaran Hotel dalam proses Baikpulih.

I am having bad fever and I cannot come to the hotel but the hotel cannot help me. Please allow a change of date or some compensation due to illness?
