호텔 그란디스 사바에서의 잊지 못할 숙박 최근 호텔 그란디스 사바를 방문했는데, 정말 즐거웠습니다. 도착하는 순간부터 따뜻한 미소와 진심 어린 환대로 맞아주어 마치 환영받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 체크인 절차도 원활하고 효율적이어서 편안한 숙박을 위한 분위기를 조성했습니다. 🏨 분위기와 편안함 호텔 인테리어는 세련되게 디자인되어 모던하면서도 아늑했고, 세심한 배려가 호텔의 개성을 더했습니다. 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 잘 꾸며져 있었으며, 고요한 전망을 감상할 수 있어 아침을 더욱 상쾌하게 만들어 주었습니다. 침대도 매우 편안해서 숙박 기간 내내 편안한 밤을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 🍽️ 식사 경험 가장 기억에 남는 순간 중 하나는 바로 식사 경험이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 다양한 현지 및 세계 각국의 요리로 구성되어 있었고, 모두 아름답게 차려져 있었고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 세심하게 특별 요청을 들어주었고, 매 식사에 특별한 정성을 더했습니다. 🛎️ 서비스 및 직원 진정으로 가장 눈에 띄는 것은 서비스 수준이었습니다. 제가 만난 모든 직원은 정중하고 전문적이었으며 진심으로 도움을 주고 싶어 했습니다. 교통편을 예약하거나, 지역 추천을 해주거나, 단순히 제가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 체크인을 해 주는 등 모든 면에서 직원들의 헌신적인 모습이 느껴졌습니다. 🌴 위치 및 주변 환경 편리한 지역에 위치한 호텔은 주변 관광 명소와 편의시설로의 접근성이 좋았습니다. 도시를 탐험하든 호텔에서 조용한 시간을 보내든 모든 것이 가까이에 있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. ✨ 마무리 Hotel Gramdis Sabah는 모든 면에서 제 기대를 뛰어넘었습니다. 단순한 숙박 장소가 아니라, 집처럼 편안한 곳이었습니다. 멋진 추억을 안고 다시 방문하고 싶은 강한 마음을 안고 떠났습니다. 편안함, 품질, 그리고 진심 어린 환대를 추구하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

I hope the grandis hotel can improve the quality of the food. Breakfast food is not very satisfactory. Not tasty. Thank you.

1. The 4 star hotel but no free car park. I will park a car at Suria Shopping Mall and charge 18 RM for 1 night stay. 2. The towel was tear and old (see picture) 3. The tub and shower faucet turning adjustable was broken (see picture) 4. Air conditioner can not control the temperature. (so cold) 5. The room with sea view but no view because the view has the other nearby building construction. 6. Small swimming pool. So sad for choosing this hotel☹️☹️.

Great location. BUT the parking space is by the side of the hotel building and limited PLUS no free parking (RM10/entry). Thanks.

cozy and spacious room with strategic location

+Superior king bed was comfy.+ Room service food were satisfying for the taste & portion.+ Tip top hygiene.+ Tip top front desk team.+ Easy access to Suria Shopping Mall.-Breakfast was so-so. It was tasteless. Kalah2 rasa makanan hospital. I didn't go for breakfast the next morning even though I already paid for it. The pastry served should be kept warm in my opinion.-Centralized aircon.- Vibrating echo noise, no clue from where. Even the window glass kept vibrating.-Be ready with no parking if you bring your own car. Will I stay again? Certainly yes! Just a big no for the tasteless breakfast.

The room is spacious. 1 minute to the mall (the best). Though it has several parking, you can choose inside the mall or outside the hotel (make sure to find new parking for your car before 9 or 10 am or as early as possible). I'm satisfied with the room. The staff is helpful too.

The reception is not welcoming us. he is not helpful. They serve us like we a beggar. Difficult to find a parking. I book this hotel because it connecting to a mall but unfortunately the door it not avail. not a family friendly hotel. The breakfast is lousy definitely not coming again event they give a free stay.

My room is very spacious and comfortable. Their staffs are helpful.

Everything was great, friendly staffs, most of all excellent view of the sea and islands from our room.

Inconvenient to get through car park at night or early morning.. has to go behind loading bay lift get through car park...

Overall I would say it was a pleasant stay with a great view of sea, room was quiet, staff were humble and comfortable with the room utilities
