체크인 시 직원의 불친절함과 고객 서비스 담당자의 설명이 불분명했습니다. 위치가 너무 멀었습니다. 방은 먼지가 많고 습하고 끈적거렸습니다. 음식의 질은 기대 이하였고 종류도 다양하지 않았습니다. 밤에 모기가 많았습니다. 정말 실망스러웠고 다시는 오지 않을 겁니다.

직원, 서비스, 시설은 절대적으로 훌륭해서 멋진 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 숙박하는 동안 유지 관리 작업에 문제가 생겼습니다. 우리가 아직 방에 있는 동안 밖에서 페인팅을 하고 있었고, 불행히도 페인트가 아직 마르지 않았습니다. 그 결과, 우리 아이들이 실수로 페인트를 만졌습니다. 이런 상황을 피하기 위해 앞으로 더 나은 일정이나 예방 조치를 취해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

음식 종류가 부족하고 모기가 너무 많고, 호텔에서는 토요일에 캄풍 저녁 식사가 있는지, 시설이나 액티비티 이용에 대해 전혀 알려주지 않습니다.

Sea view, tapi hutan view. Lepas tu keen jalan kaki jauh. Kami nak bercuti dan sepatutnya sesuai la dengan harga hotel. Hotel lalang di jeli pun siap hantar ambik depan bilik pakai kereta dia. Ni hotel mewah tapi service kampung.

One of the best options, especially to celebrate something special with your loved ones. Staff very attentive and food was superb. Will definitely come again with family members.

Having heard so much about TJR, booked an overnight stay en route trip to Redang, to break our long journey. What was good: 1. How beautiful the whole property is and how well it has been maintained through the years. Not even kidding! 1. TJR's best asset, it's people. Each and everyone had a welcoming smile or a warm greeting. What could be better: 1. Front desk. Perhaps everyone else outdid their welcome as such that it overwhelmed the front desk who did try however seemed forced and scripted. This was the experience across the front desk. 2. Water dispenser @ beachfront could perhaps be reviewed. 3. Food @ Nelayan. We absolutely loved the sunset view, beach front table and mostly the impeccable service. Kudos team! If the quality of food could be improved (especially taste), it would be PERFECT. The above was just a feedback in kind to TJR management. If you are considering whether to stay: GO as it truly is a beautiful experience. The architecture and vibes, especially its PEOPLE. Be prepared to be surprised by the random crossing monitor lizard and the occasional peacock sqawk or strut within the grounds. It is special in the little things. Have breakfast outside and enjoy not only the delicious food but also the lush surrounding greenery whilst being served by attentive Ms. Maz who is not only friendly but also knowledgeable, having served TJR since its debut. Book a beachfront table sunset dinner at Nelayan. Food is average whoever view and service is awesome. Everyone was outstanding. Terima kasih to En Aidil and special shoutout to En Hamdan who was very attuned and attended to our needs, offering assistance as it crossed our minds, this whilst serving other diners too. We left with smiles on our faces and in our hearts. Found pool area nice to lounge however pools seemed rather uninviting except of course to the kids, who love playing in water even if it was a puddle. Sometime in the late morning, be awed by the kompang entourage which apparently starts at the entrance, signaling the opening if the spa. GO for the experience. For those who plan to stay longer than a night, there is a schedule of activities prepared.

Glad to see that improvement has been made to our feedback from our last visits. It was a good stay, staffs were friendly and attentive. Only thing that is not great is the bidet in our toilet is broken and leaking.

Breathtakingly beautiful beach and nature surrounding the resort. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable and clean room.

This hotel is perfect for honeymooners or someone who want a short gateway from busy hustling city. But it may not suitable for someone on wheelchair.

Not as expected with the price paid. Luxury resort but not well maintained, Breakfast service and taste are poor. Really disappointed.

For family with kids 3-12 years need to pay an extra of rm150 per kids.

Everything is perfect in tanjung jara. You ate totally lost in your own tanjung jara world.. great room, view and excellent staff. Wish can stay longer
