Sad to say, the worst staycation I have ever been. Poor condition as seen in photos, can see no maintenance at all from photos. Musky smell with overly strong dettol smell to cover it. Sticky and uneven broken floor which is very gross.

Good but very small rooms. Photos doesn't seem to be as small. Good for 1pax stay but 2pax just feels a little too squeezy. Needs some touching up in the rooms as well with the paint peeling at corners and mouldy. Aircon works well. Location wise is good 7-10 mins walk to bugis MRT, 15-30mins bus ride to boat quay and Queensway. Bit pricy for the room but location wise is pretty OK so give and take. Keep your eyes open for the entrance of the hotel as it is concealed by a cafe. You have to walk through the cafe to reach the hotel reception.

Our room was at the highest floor at the 6th floor and it is the only room at that floor. You can get access to the bathtub through the bedroom or the bathroom, it is a outdoor bathtub in the balcony. Just one thing not really good is the tv couldn't connect to internet thus unable on songs from YouTube...

You would need to walk through a restaurant to reach the hotel counter which is in the restaurant itself. This is unfortunately awkward. The hotel mentions its air conditioning are cleaned biweekly, but the amount of dust on it seems to suggest otherwise. The hotel is otherwise quite comfortable, the bathtub in the explorer suite is quite huge, one can fully submerged within. Bed is comfortable as well. Location is good, with plenty of eateries all around.

Overprice. Flooring uneven and lose wood. Only sg channel TV program. Bed was too low and not comfortable.

This room is really one of the nicest that I how been too! Perfect for couples! Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there! Entrance to the boutique hotel was through a restaurant tho! Otherwise everything was good in my opinion! Big TV screen, super big bathtub! Amazing

Nothing like the pictures on the app. Room is terribly small, so, don't know why it is called Deluxe. Very misrepresented. Feel very disappointed. For the price, can get a much better hotel elsewhere.

Developed what I thought was rashes on the first night. On the 2nd night I realized they were bed bug bites. Caught and killed several bugs. Took photos and checked out at 2.30am and returned home instead. Customer service at reception was great but hotel's response to bed bug issue was unsatisfactory.

Had the worst room. Won't come again.

Cozy but the quaint queen room is rather small so would recommend bigger rooms!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel is great. Everything is within walking distance/bus stop is nearby. Great place to stay if exploring the city.

The place exceeded my expectations, that 's for sure. Great stay!

남편과 함께 즉흥적으로 짧은 여행을 다녀왔는데, 짧은 시간 동안 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 부기스에서 아주 가까운 멋진 부티크 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 객실은 아주 작지만 부티크 호텔치고는 괜찮은 편입니다. 채식 조식을 요청했는데, 호텔 맞은편에 있는 킬리니에서 맛있는 흰 비훈미와 모조고기를 먹었습니다. 늦은 체크아웃은 시간당 25달러의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 언젠가 루프탑 룸에 다시 방문할 생각입니다 😊

There no smoking room or place

The room was small which looks quite different from the photo. The view we got was facing another building. Which was awkward because without the curtain, you can literally see the opposite (so does the opposite sees you). Unfortunately, there was some construction work at the building behind and we can hear the sound loudly. The check-in was awkward, we were told that 3 pm to check-in, we wanted to try our luck and went earlier however they didn't allow it at all. It's our 4th year anniversary, nothing was done. Except for the hand-written card and towel swam? I would feel that allowing us to have late check-out and etc would be nice. The toilet looks old, there are stains on the bathroom floor and bedroom floor and the shower place does not even have any lights which is weird. In all, it's very convenient to go from Bugis Junction/MRT.

Interesting room concept together with clean and cosy room. Awesome and helpful staff as well. 100 percent would recommend 😀

Got bitten by bedbugs in the middle of the night and had to change a room. It was an exhausting experience having to pack and unpack all our belongings. Otherwise, it was a decent place as it is well connected to various attractions and amenities. Much good food around the area too.

Pros: Bathroom is clean and spacious, with many shower options, it was even my first encounter with the mist option which I really liked. My partner and I splurged and tried Papi's Tacos and Burger and Lobster, both of which were really good, we look forward to having them again. Cons: Hotel chose to place blue patterned cushions on the bed, which looked dirty and old. I would've preferred if those cushions weren't their at all. Their was also a yellow stain on one of the white pillowcases as well, as long as a few strands of hair on the bed. Misc: Due to the unfortunate timing of the situation (Phase 2 Heightened Alert), we had to eat in our hotel rooms for all our meals, which was not ideal as their was only one chair so my partner had to sit on the edge of the bed to eat. Their is no conditioner provided, only large bottles of soap and shampoo, I'M not sure if those are covid compliant as they seem to be the type that'the be used by multiple guests until they're empty. They are however situated in the shower so perhaps they're sanitised by default. The hotel lobby was hard to locate at first as it is situated at the back of the Yummo Chow restaurant.
