Good service. But the room far from my expectations. Old building broken everywhere tv. Not working. I can’t sleep well because so scary less lightning on the room. I’m scared too much. I won’t to come here again

the room was ugly, and the bathroom had no lights, not clean

I was there 2 years ago, the room was clean, even it's an old hotel. Then, I came back here, and everything was absolutely changing!! I booked a family room with breakfast, but the breakfast is no longer available!! So why they keep offering the room with breakfast?! The room was damp, stinky, and the carpet was dirty!! We can't stand the bathroom, the water is yellowish, we had to brush our teeth with a bottled water. It's super duper old bathroom and scary!! We asked the staff to change our room, and the staff was strictly said no. We booked the room for 2 nights, but we checked out earlier and moved to a way nicer hotel. I didn't want to mess up our family holiday just by staying at the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

Tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada di iklannya. jorok sekali. Tidak bisa di cancel. Dan harus tambah 10 rm katanya pajak, karpetnya kotor sekali, hotel tua tidak terawat. Mending bayar lebih dikit tetapi bersih dan nyaman. Sempat bertengkar karena mau di kasih ruangan yang berokok, padahal saya di online tulisannya no smoking. Dan akhirnya dipindahkan ke tempat no smoking tapi kamarnya tidak nyaman dan kotor. Pengalaman saya. Tidak akan pergi ke hotel tersebut selamanya.

AC centralnya kurang dingin. Pelayanan penyambutan kurang dimana hotel tidak memiliki pelantaran parkir. Untuk fasilitas televisi masih tabung dan siarannya hanya lokal saja.

Pelayanan bagus, peoses cel in cepat.

Fast check in but the hotel is a bit old, smelly carpet and the condition is so and so. Spacious room though.

Pelayanan bagus, dekat MRT dan dekat kemana-mana.

The room is comfortable and has air conditioning all the time, the wifi is really fast with 20mbps speed, but the bathroom is not what you expected, feels old and not clean with some stains everywhere. The room is quite small but still has a room a desk to place your laptop and a chair.

Pelayanannya tidak ramah, perlengkapan mandi tidak diganti, dan air mineralpun tidak ada, cangkir setelah dipakai tidak dibersihkan kembali, Lewat pukul 18.00 tidak bisa komplain untuk membersihkan kamar.

Hotelnya hotel tua tapi dekat dengan keramaian. Didepan hotel persis ada MRT station pasar seni. kamar hotel agak kumuh.

Saya pernah menginap disini 13 tahun lalu. Kala itu hotel ini sangat bagus. Sekarangan hotel sudah tua. Fasilitas sudah tua tetapi karena harga sangat murah, jadi kita harus memahami. Yang tidak saya pahami kenapa mereka mempertahankan resepsionis galak, berambut putih. Sepanjang melayani dia terus mengomel atau marah. resepsionis india sangat baik, syukurlah.

The breakfast is so simply, nothing to choose.

1. Bak mandi tidak bisa digunakan. 2. Lantai kamar mandi kusam. 3. Karpet kamar kotor. 4. Bantal dan sarungnya bau.

Kamarnya kurang bersih, kurang nyaman. Untuk lokasi dekat MRT dan LRT.

Namanya juga hotel murah, fasilitasnya ya begitu, menu makanannya terbatas, kamarnya juga kurang bagus.

Dalam biliknya berbahu dan TV dalam biliknya rosak dan dalam biliknya kurang memuaskankan dan tandas.
