이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며, 멋진 욕조 덕분에 긴 하루를 마치고 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 특히 좋았던 점은 객실 문 바로 앞에 펼쳐진 아름다운 정원이었습니다. 상쾌하고 평화로운 분위기를 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 전체적인 분위기가 조용하고 편안해서 재충전하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 곳이었습니다. 조용하고 편안한 휴가를 원하신다면 이곳을 강력 추천합니다.

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet selection could be improved.

No gym and swimming pool because under renovation. Breakfast was below the average. No friendly staff from reception until the buggy staff. The room was nice but only the water pressure so slow, already call the maintenance but after repair its slow again.

Overall, I had a great experience staying at Ombak Villa. The staffs was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for a relaxed holiday. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Langkawi.

Peaceful, nice environment, great environment with nice nature landscape with good maintenance hotel. The location close to Airport and food stall and restaurant. The hotel staff very helpful and polite with their professional first class service standard. The hotel environment and swimming pool very clean. We will stay this hotel again and this is one of the best hotel in town and value for money.

Unfriendly front office staff. Some were grunted when talking to customers and others were standing there looking at their phones. Requested for housekeeping to clean the room but they came flip the door card to “do not disturb” and left the balcony opened and the room were untouched. However, the coffee house staffs are very accommodating and pleasant. Despite all the unpleasant occasions, the scenary & the location is superb. Far from the crowds.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Very peaceful and tranquility. However, the menu for breakfast buffet is very limited and lack of choice.

Basic amenities are not available, this is unacceptable! Everything was not arranged properly before guest arrival. Breakfast was terrible! Not worth for staying!

Cantik dan selesa. Staff peramah n bilik yang bersih. Bilik mandi 👍 Cuma frust sebab pantai xboleh mandi, agak kotor kerana berselut. Yang lain semua ok.

me and husband had a very good time staying here. the room was clean and spacious,and the bed was really comfy :) had a good night sleep. the bathroom comes with bathtub and was clean and spacious. breakfast can be upgraded, less varieties but still ok. check in and check out takes some time, but it's only a minor hiccup. overall the experience was really good

Hotel conveniently located close to airport and a few of the major attractions. Hotel staff pleasant and accommodating. Clean spacious rooms and well maintained grounds. Overall a very quiet and relaxing place to stay for a few days.
