저는 최상층 객실에 묵었습니다. 다음 방문 때는 정원과 더 가까운 1층 객실을 선택할 것 같습니다. 하루 종일 돌아다닌 후 휴식을 취하기에 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 객실 에어컨에서 물이 새는 문제가 있었는데, 다행히 다음 날에는 물이 새지 않았습니다. 호텔 위치는 훌륭하고, 수영장도 크고, 정원도 아름다우며, 모든 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 벨보이는 매우 도움이 되었고, 객실 청소 서비스도 훌륭했으며, 프런트 데스크의 경비원도 친절했습니다. 하지만 조식은 개선될 여지가 있습니다. 메뉴 선택의 폭이 좁았고 음식 맛도 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 발리 전통 음식인 발리식 죽이나 다양한 발리 간식 등을 추가하여 더욱 정통적인 식사 경험을 제공하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 또한, 조식 시간에 레스토랑 구역의 일부 직원, 특히 현지 투숙객에게 불친절한 태도를 보였습니다. 이러한 점들을 개선하여 향후 서비스 품질을 향상시키도록 노력하겠습니다.

사누르 지역에서 가장 가치 있는 호텔 중 하나입니다. 신두 비치 바로 앞에 위치해 있고, 바이어드 하우스라는 멋진 비치 클럽 스타일 카페를 자랑합니다. 정말 멋지고 맛있는 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 정원은 아름답고 넓으며, 수영장이 세 개나 있습니다. 어린이도 이용하기 편리하고, 아이콘 몰을 포함한 모든 곳과 가까워 전략적인 입지를 자랑합니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 묵을 겁니다.

해변을 산책하는 것도 좋고요... 멘 웨티, 막 벵, 아이콘과도 가까워요... 정자에 앉아 젤라토를 즐기는 것도 재밌어요.

방이 편안하고 공간도 넓어서 편안했어요. 꼭 다시 올 거예요.

For me, Segara is one of the nicest places to stay in the Sanur area. The garden is awesome, the food is fresh and nice.

I spent a wonderful 3 days back at the hotel. I love the location, the food was delicious, service was amazing, especially from the waitress, Agustina. My bungalow was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I have stayed here many times before and will be returning again for sure.

We always love to stay at Segara Village. The rooms are large and comfortable and it 's a great place for kids with the swimming pools and Byrd House playground. And located right on the beach! The staff were super lovely and Nyoman who looked after our bags was incredibly friendly and helpful as was the lovely lady at check in. Thanks for another memorable stay.

Listrik kamar mati, dilaporkan ke resepsionis katanya panel terendam air, saya tanya ke pegawai sekitar, biasa kalau hujan panel terendam air. So. Artinya dianggap itu biasa.

The hotel is great-location, room, facility-all very nice. Room (and bed) is big enough for us (family with 2 kids). Pool is superb. Breakfast is quite vary. The hotel area is big, surrounding with trees, very calm and relaxing. Definitely will come back again.

I did not expect that Segara village is really beautiful! The pool is big, their garden also big with squirrels, lots of birds, and turkey. Their breakfast options also varies. The room was better than I expected, it is quite spacious as well.

Resortnya strategis, jalan 15 menit menyusuri pantai bisa tiba ke mak beng dan resto sekitarnya. Juga tidak jauh dari tempat penyeberangan fast boat ke nusa penida.

Harga Room tidak sesuai dengan Fasilitas kamar, kasur, seprei, bantal 👎🏿 … Kebersihan …. Saya tidak akan kembali untuk stay di hotel ini.

Kamarnya luas, lingkungannya cantik, banyak fasilitas untuk kegiatan bersama anak, atau sekedar menikmati pantai. Very recommended!

Me & my husband stay in Segare village hotel for 2 nights. The room is clean and neat. It's close to the beach. We can jogging around. It's very nice place with many playground for children, next time we'll stay here again with whole family.
