직원분들은 매우 친절하고 환영하는 분위기였지만, 방의 에어컨이 시원하지 않아서 매우 불만족스러웠습니다. 정말 형편없었어요.

- 2 Person but only provide 1 towel.- no mineral water provided in the room.- limited parking.

I'm satisfied. Just at first need to request towel because they forgot. And parking are limited. Will consider again for next budget trip.

For one thing, this hotel is at a really strategic area. But, the rooms🤦‍♀️. I've booked one family room and one double room, and as soon as we have checked in the rooms, the air cond is not functioning, the room somehow has dusty smell. I was kind of regret booking 'em as I had received good reviews bout this hotel. Will not book again in future.

Staff memang cukup baik samada berdepan mau pun melalui talian talipon. Bilik yang selesa. Cepat bertindak kalau ade komplen. Mmg sudah berkali-kali duduk di hotel AG. Mudah dan senang.

Kamar bau, bantal guling bau lumayan jauh dari kota.

The actual room and picture from app are very different and not same. you should make sure this is not happen again

Perfect and the services is good.

It meet my requirement for this particular visit purpose. The location is nearby to main expressway between Georgetown and Bayan Baru thus fasten my travel time.

No parking around the hotel. The aircond stopped working at midnight and there is no rooms to change. No compensate anythings for us to sleep at the room with only hot fans. No toiletries in bath room. Only 2 soaps. And the sound others was knocking their doors as there is no room bell and talking was so loud in the early morning, we can’t sleep well.

Worth for money. The room’s clean, no smell. We love it!

It's so spacious. For budget hotel, the room quite comfortable. I've been staying at hotel with the same price, but the room so small. Really satisfied with this hotel. Recommended!
