The staff are incredible. Location is good, but be warned, very close to the airport so you do hear planes takeoff.

Breakfast is typical but good. Offers a good variety of food and coffee as well. Rooms are clean and good for a short stay. Close to the airport. That comes with the related noise

I stayed only one day in the hotel because I had to take a flight very early. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was small, but that is ok for a short stay. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. It is possible to reach the airport by walking nearly 20min (I did it with luggage). I think this hotel was a good choice for the price. Other guests should only be aware of the noise of the flights arriving and leaving at late and early hours because this may disturb some persons (but that was not a problem for me).

Great property for solo travel.

Property is clean but bathroom are old and floor tiles are dark looking like not properly clean . .but in general is good for the Price that you pay for . Only complaint is that description in Expedia said : ..”parking available a rare perk in the area “.. this is not accurate . There is not parking .. the front desk said “you can park anywhere in the street” , yes of course like any where in this world ..! But is very busy area and you will not found any easy spot . We book this hotel for the only reason to be close to the airport in a fly early next day and because we rent a car … and we get busted for the inaccuracy of information Be aware that the place is to noise for the airport aviation all the time .! But to be fair , hotel is not bad . And the area you will find some good restaurants and bars and is not a tourist area .!

Cet hôtel est pratique car on peut y aller à pied depuis l’aéroport. Le personnel est sympathique mais l’ensemble n’est pas d’un grand confort alors que les prix ont sensiblement augmenté depuis ma dernière visite. Cela demeure mon choix numéro 1 pour une nuit courte avec une arrivée d’avion tardive et/ou un vol matinal mais pas pour un séjour plus long.

Food was fresh and front desk staff showed great professionalism other than that the rooms are old

AC not working, dirty rooms, shabby standard, thin walls (there was a group of guys drinking heavy in the lobby and it felt like they were in my room)

Günstig und nah am flughafen und Heraklion. Für eine Nacht voll okay.

The staff at the front desk - both persons - were exceptional, helped us with questions beyond our expectations.

Uncomfortable bed Rude personal Dirty bathroom and no toilet paper

It was very noisy the other guests were slamming doors snd they was a little girl screaming in the hallway at 3am. Didn't get any sleep.

Only 1 plug worked to charge our devices.
