Love the location in the old town. Hotel was a delightful treasure as was their restaurant for dinner. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was top notch. Super friendly and helpful staff recommended 2 great restaurants and very helpful with getting the train to the airport. Also, I have to comment on the bathroom. European bathrooms can be so small, small showers are hard to shave legs in. But, this one had 3 hangers for the shower head making it so much easier! Also, very stylish. Old world charm meets modern comfort. And, who doesn't like Rosti mit eier fur fruhstuck?!

Location is perfect

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is in the most perfect and darling location! And a free delicious breakfast: both made to order and buffet. You can have both! It’s the cutest place ever! The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Coffee, fruit and pastries in the lobby. The cobblestone streets the hotel is on makes traffic limited so it’s quiet, yet you’re surrounded by shops and restaurants. Extremely safe area. Go up some steps and you’re at a park with a great view of the river. You’re within several hundred feet of beautiful churches that chime and you can visit. Walk across the bridge for fondue.

Hotel pequeno e charmoso, tipo boutique. Excelente atendimento da equipe tanto da recepção nas pessoas do Srs Daniel e Alex, Daniel super atencioso e prestativo. Claudia do restaurante impecável no trato com os hóspedes, muito competente e atenciosa. Em geral o hotel tem suas limitações naturais de um hotel boutique mas possui o conforto na medida daquilo que se propõe. Excelente restaurante e excelente localização. Uma ótima opção de hospedagem justa, confortável e acolhedora em Zurique.

Location was perfect, the breakfast was outstanding and the bedroom and hotel was so comfortable. I will be back .

The hotel staff is amazing at communication and helping you! We had a family emergency and they were able to help accommodate the reservation to ensure my kids could still go, even with a last minute change!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Can’t overstate how nice the staff was. Breakfast was amazing and orange juice was the freshest I have ever tasted.
