호텔 리셉션 까지 계단으로 무거운가방 들고 올라가야되서 많이 힘들고 5층방 배정되었는데 좁고 삐걱거리는 엘리베이트는 4층 까지 라서 5층까지 는 계단으로 무거운 가방 끌고가는데 죽을듯 힘듭니다 방은 고친지 얼마 안되었는지 냄새도나고 힘들었습니다

모든 직원들이 친절하고 매우 협조적입니다. 특히 프런트의 Jesus는 잊지 못할 친절하고 고마운 스텝이었습니다. 새로 레노베이션을 하여 객실 및 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 조식이 정말 훌륭하고 맛있습니다.

예약할 때 "싱글베드" 로 확인하였는데 더블베드를 받았습니다. 카운터에 요청했지만 "싱글베드 or 더블베드" 를 선택했다며 풀부킹에 따른 방교환이 안 된다고 하더라고요.. 예약할 때 싱글베드 코멘트를 따로 적어야 싱글베드라던데 여지껏 호텔스닷컴에서 수십번 예약하면서 그런적이 없었는데 다른 분들은 예약하실 때 꼭 별도 코멘트로 남기시는거 추천드립니다.

바다가 앞이라서 너무 좋았어요 ㅎ 호텔방에 햇빛도 잘들어서 좋았습니다. 특히 아침 조식이 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요 :)

유쾌한 체크인이었습니다. 방은 매우 넓어서 좋았습니다. 체크인 후 메이드님이 갑자기 방문을 열어서 놀라긴 했지만, 퀸 침대를 오더한 저희가 배정받은 침대가 오니깐 싱글침대 2개였는데, 그걸 퀸침대 하나로 만들어주시고 시트도 그에 맞는걸 깔아서 잠잘때 편안했습니다. 조식도 아주 좋았고 스태프들도 매우 친절합니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 중심가로 가는 버스들이 꽤 있어 좋았습니다.

This is, by far, one of the most comfortable, chic, clean, and beautiful hotels we've been. Location is unbeatable, and the room confort was supreme. Highly recommended for a traveling couple.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We could leave our luggage before and after our stay. We were also able to borrow towels for the beach. They helped us rent a car. The breakfast was good, although it could have been better with more fruit options. The room was clean, and everything worked properly. The hotel is close to the beach. I recommend this place and will choose this hotel again next time I’m in Malaga.

Very quiet hotel. Great breakfast options. There are several tile steps going up to the property but it is an older building. Very updated interior rooms. Clean and spacious

Autentisk, koselig lite hotell med sjel i et hyggelig strøk av byen! Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte, rent og hyggelig rom men nytt inventar, god seng. Rommer var imidlertid ikke særlig stort, men det fungerte fint for noen dager.

Hyggelig sted, gide senger, men lytt mellom rommene - spesielt ut mot gangen.

Super clean and perfectly located within walking distance of both the Alcazaba and the beach. The receptionist, Gonzalo (hope I’m spelling it correctly), was very kind and went above and beyond to help us resolve a parking issue. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our entire two-night stay, so we had to carry heavy luggage to and from the third floor.

Très bon accueil et personnel accueillant et disponible. Le parking est assez difficile à stationner.

Savnede en sikkerhedsboks på værelset som man kunne efterlade sine værdier i. Og så var der ikke pladser og service nok til alle i morgenmadsbuffeten. Jeg måtte komme tilbage en halv time senere for at få plads,og så var der ikke mere rent service. Det skal siges at der kun var en på arbejde i køkkenet,som stod for opfyldning af mad,opvask,afrydning og opdækning.Hun kunne ikke følge med.

Das Hotel hat eine charmante Ambience. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Humor. Schön, dass ich eine Dachterrasse nutzen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein und gepflegt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Hotel Review – BYPILLOW California, Malaga Stay: 9–11 January 2026 The hotel has a very friendly and welcoming staff, which made the stay pleasant from the start. It is centrally located, with easy access to the city center, the beach promenade, and great walking routes nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as a minimarket and a pharmacy within short walking distance. However, the rooms were extremely noisy, with very poor sound insulation. There were no ventilation vents in the room, making it impossible to get fresh air without opening the windows, which then let in significant noise from the busy, traffic-heavy street outside. Although there was a heat pump/air conditioning unit, this is unfortunately not a replacement for proper ventilation and fresh air. The bathroom layout was poorly planned. The placement of the bathroom furniture made it almost unusable and very impractical. Breakfast was very minimalist and quite limited compared to expectations. Overall, the hotel has a great location and kind staff, but the lack of soundproofing, fresh air, and functional room design significantly affected the comfort of the stay.
