Rent men litet rom. Imøtekommende personale. Ok frokost, intet mer! Flott beliggenhet. Imponerende whisky-samling! Fikk ikke stanset vifta på badet.

Bra personal och bra service

Nice hotel in the center of Città Alta. Room was spacious, clean and silent. The hotel in general was very cute in its decor, and the staff was top! Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in the old city of Bergamo.

We really enjoyed this hotel. You feel like you are staying in a studio apartment. It is close to the city center. Bergamo has been one of our favorites stops in Italy! It’s a gem.

Staff was great. So kind and helpful in lining up parking. Check-in was a bit cumbersome as hotel isn't staffed after 3 pm on Wednesdays. Hotel is in a great location. Beds could be improved for comfortable.

Svært hyggelige ansatte, balkong med en fantastisk utsikt. Sentralt i Citti Alta og Piazza Vecchia rett utenfor døren, kort vei til alt. Il Sole blir booket til vårt neste besøk til Bergamo.

Lovely stay and would happily return. The staff were really helpful. We asked if we could leave our bags as we arrived early, but the staff sorted us to have early access to our room. The free breakfast was simple but good - excellent coffee.

Great location in the centre of bergamo old town. The room was large and clean.The beds were very hard like concrete so it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

As acomodações são bem simples, a cama de casal, na verdade são duas de solteiro juntas. Isso é até comum na Europa, mas a do Il Sole não é de boa qualidade. O banheiro é antigo, não tem uma bancada ou qualquer apoio para objetos. O Chuveiro é dentro daquelas banheiras estreitas. Isso tb é comum, porém, a disposição do chuveiro e a falta de uma barra de segurança dificulta bastante o banho. A roupa de cama é boa. O café da manhã é muuuito fraco. Uma observação importante: se vc estiver de carro, é preciso avisar ao hotel previamente para que liberem a entrada do veículo na ZTL. Além disso, para estacionar, tem um estacionamento próximo ao hotel, mas é caríssimo: € 25,00 o dia. E, se tiver bagagem, é bom saber que o hotel não tem elevador e tem muitas escadas.
