공간도 넓고 화장실/샤워시설도 깔끔하고 신식이라 편리했습니다 따뜻한물 잘 나오구요!콘센트도 많고 와이파이도 잘터져요 옷걸이랑 거울도 곳곳에 있어서 좋았어요 7월말 기준으로 에어컨은 없고 송풍기?서큘레이터 같은건 있었는데 시원하게 지냈습니다 프런트 직원분도 친절하세요 제가 열쇠사용이 어려워서 도움 요청했는데 잘 알려주셨습니다

지하철 접근성이 우수하고 주변환경이 안전하고 편의시설들(마트,식당등)이 잘되어있으며 무엇보다 호텔 직원들이 친절하여서 지내는 동안 즐거웠다

방이 작지만 혼자쓰기 딱 좋은 크기에요 작지만 엘베도 있어서 편리하고요 근처에 슈퍼도 있어서 좋아요 역까지 걸어서 10분미만이에요 에펠탑까지는 걸어서 20분 미만! 밤이랑 아침에 걸어가기 좋았어요 파리에 이정도 가성비 호텔 없는듯요

We really enjoyed our stay! Thankful for extremely friendly staff, recently installed AC in the rooms (unexpected lifesaver during the heatwaves!!) Pleasant breakfast, easy access to transit options. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, 15 minutes from Eiffel tour, 5 minutes from metro station, and several restaurants nearby. Room was small but clean, bathroom was outdated and shower didn't drain well. You get an actual metal key (not a plastic card) but you have to leave your room key at the front desk anytime you leave the hotel and they didn't check ID or anything before giving you your key upon return, you just tell them what room number your in.

First I would like to say that the location of this hotel is very convenient. Train is a short walk away. Food stores are within a block, numerous restaurants, bars and bakeries are within 2 to 3 minutes on foot away. We have spent about 4 nights in this hotel, and overall the experience was fine. Especially the service and welcome delivered by a very sweet and professional older blonde lady. Unfortunately, on the last night of our stay (Monday 25th May) when we returned to the hotel in the evening hours, another clerk was present. His demeanor and and attitude was the complete opposite of his colleague. Primarily of concern to us, was when he stopped us before we passed the lobby to go up to our room, to scold us for not leaving our room keys at reception when we left the hotel. Considering us hearing of this for the first time after 4 days and nights there we were taken aback, plus his tone and rudeness was not acceptable. We have returned each evening after 10pm sometimes midnight. Two of the nights the night shift was in the back sleeping, and we were being told that our room keys, with the room number should be left in a small basket on top of the reception desk. This raised security concerns for our belongings plus as mentioned, the rudeness of this man made us pack up and leave within minutes after this interaction. Can't say I would comfortably recommend this location to other travelers.

UNICO PONTO NEGATIVO FOI QUE FALTOU AR CONDICIONADO QUE AINDA NÃO ESTAVA FUNCIONANDO. ATENDIMENTO DOS FUNCIONARIOS EXCELENTE, LOCALIZAÇÃO EXCELENTE MUITO PROXIMO DA TORRE E METRO, CAFE DA MANHA BEM SIMPLES.

A lovely friendly family hotel in a good location near metro stations and restaurants and shops. Great information provided on things to do and directions etc. It was outrageously hot weather when we were there which meant it was very hot in the room- but the staff did everything they could to help. Air conditioning is due to be installed very soon! Nice breakfast. Coffee and water was available any time from a help yourself machine for guests

The staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable! Could use some updates in the suites, but it did what we needed it to do! The breakfast was the traditional French breakfast and delicious! Would absolutely stay again!

O quarto era muito confortável, com espaço muito bom para malas e roupas , extremamente limpo e tudo funcionando. O chuveiro era maravilhoso. O hotel fica muito bem localizado perto de mercado, metrô e também dá pra segui a pé até a torre. Fabuloso
