Very accommodating. Welcoming staff. And reasonably priced for amenities. Would have been great to have access to a gym so that I could avoid spending so much time getting to know your barman Chris who was very approachable.

Lovely staff always polite

Room clean, seals around window frames need some attention -you can see daylight. Staff polite and friendly. Only thing that spoilt the stay was no hot water on last morning. Only way to contact staff was to get dressed and go out in the rain to find someone. Could do with rethinking the breakfast offer as you pay for everything little thing separately such as tea, cereal etc. food overall was ok. Outside area decking slippery when wet, paving slabs uneven and car park entrance full of potholes. Need to warn visitors that the bar/food is card only

Room are excellent and clean

Blinds missing sections so had to hang a coat over the window to stop passers by being able to see me getting dressed etc. Hot water tank in the room feeding other rooms so mad loads of noise whenever someone ran hot water in their room. TV was tiny and had poor reception. No WiFi in the room.

Always made to feel welcome here, all of the staff are so friendly and the food is good value. Rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Always a good nights sleep and comfortable bed

Room was very clean, Breakfast fresh and hot. Parking with a Night porter Will go again.

Rooms were lovely however heater did not work properly it was -2 outside, the draft coming in was terrible and room was freezing. Went for breakfast at 10am and it was terrible and breakfast staff were rude and it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

The cabins are excellent. Warm and cosy and has everything that would be needed.

We always stay here when we visit our daughter. The rooms are warm and comfortable, always clean. Lovely large walk in shower. Prices are very reasonable, it's good value. Food is extra but available all day. Free parking, thoroughly recommend it.
