방 깨끗하고 넓고 수영장 깊이가 1미터 2미터 4미터라 재밌게 놀 수 있어요 옹수풀응 아니라서 물이 아직 차가워요 3월기준 그리고 밥 먹으께업써여! 저렴하긴 하지만 다시 간다면 돊 더내규 밥 마시꾸 온슈퓰있는곳으로 갈거예요 하지만 이 가격에 친절함 퀄리티 수영장만 보면 100점입니다 정말 친절해요 그리고 새벽에 택시 예약 시간 잘 맞춰줘서 공항 편하게와왔어요

La struttura sarebbe anche bella se qualcuno decidesse di fare un pò di manutenzione: la struttura è fatiscente, pulizia specialmente dei bagni davvero ai minimi termini. Il punto debole però è principalmente il cibo:abbiamo optato per la soluzione all-inclusive ma a pranzo e cena si mangia sempre le stesse cose: riso bianco, pollo, qualche insalata e quando va bene qualche pezzo di arancia. Forse la colazione si salva ma anche in questo caso la ripetizione è la parola d'ordine. Alla reception le persone sono poco cortesi e soprattutto rigide in un luogo dove tutti vogliono parlare chiacchierare e spiegare, alla reception sembrano quasi infastiditi quando chiede qualcosa. La persona che si occupa di rifare la camera è gentile ma qualitativamente la pulizia ed il rifacimento non erano buoni. In generale mi dispiace perchè il potenziale è molto buono anche per dove si colloca a naama bay, ma non ci tornerei mai! DELUDENTE.

Convenient transportation and close to the beach

The hotel was normal, seems like a little pension. Food was not good, but you could find something for not being hungry. The breakfast was not enough, there was always local things to eat, it is hard for foreigners. We stayed at room numbered 917, there was a sound of a machine working all day all night. Room was exactly clean, had not got fresh air inside. Bathroom was also clean, but the temperature of water changing while taking a shower. We bought an all inclusive package but there was not any entertainment (although it was written). The bar stuff were unhappy, they behave like they are paying the drinks that you ordered. Location was ok. The reception was perfect, they helped us whenever we need them.

No WiFi, they charge x5 times the amount for a cab ride from the hotel to the airport which is 10 mins only, the manager was soooo rude!! They made me pay upfront for the rides to and from the hotel and airport and then didn’t have change to give so they kept my money. When i asked for the change they said i had to wait for the manager to come in at 10am. I asked for it back and they were giving me the converted amount that equaled less than the USD. The manager was then super rude bc i asked him to give me the proper change and said he wasn’t an exchange house. I will NEVER book with this hotel and neither should anyone else.

Merkeze yakın. Fiyat performans oteli.kahvaltısında omlet var peynir var. Hamur işleri tatlı. Biz çok yemek ayırmadığımızdan bize yetti. Beach ile anlaşması var fiş veriyorlar. Heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar gelsek tercih ederiz.

Çoğu konuğa göre otel fiyat‑performans açısından iyi bir seçenek. Konum çok merkezi (Naama Bay içinde) ve denize yürüyüş mesafesinde.

To Expedia Customer Support Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the hotel I recently booked through your platform and to request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. Upon checking in, I was shocked by the state of the room. It had no window for ventilation which was not disclosed at the time of booking, and the room was infested with mosquitoes and flies. The overall condition was far below what could reasonably be expected for the price paid and did not meet basic standards of comfort, hygiene, or safety. The situation was so unsuitable that I immediately booked another hotel and checked out shortly after arriving. I did not stay in the room because it was simply uninhabitable. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a **full refund** for this booking. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the misrepresentation of the room and the extremely poor conditions. Oda temizdi,kahvaltıyı sevdim. Bahçesini çok sevdim. Çalışanlarla dil konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık sadece. Konum merkezi,akşam çık meydanda dolaş. Yine olsa yine gelirim

Walking distance from main attractions. I did not have breakfast so no comment there. Rooms basic but clean and staff friendly.

Access to the beach, breakdast, cleanliness and service satisfied

This hotel has been pretty much the only place during our visit in Egypt where ste staff has treated us with respect and we did receive good customer service. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I would definitely think about booking 4his hotel again if I visited Sharm El Sheikh again. We did not eat at the hotel but the menu seemed good.

Fiyat performanstı. Oda temizdi, yemekler verilen ücrete göre oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar kibardı. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.

War alles in Ordnung? Preisverhältnis ist okay ganz nette Mitarbeiter Strand,sehr gut aber das Hotel ist bisschen mitgenommen. Einfach so alt leider aber ich werde noch mal buchen für das Geld ist okay

Pratique pour 2 ou 3 nuits avec meilleure emplacement

Great hotel for its price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. WiFi was almost non-existent, which is okay but would be great to improve it.

Şezlonda unutulan havlu için bizden 800 paund aldılar ve sanki hırsız muamelesi yaptılar...

Girişte çok memnun geldik.Fakat personel iletişim kurmakta çok sıkıntılı.Ozellikle çıkış yaparken havlu sıkıntısı oldu.Havlularimiz sezlongta kaldı havluları otelde almışlar fakat kartlarda havlucu arkadaş ta kaldı.Cikista havlu ücreti ödedim.
