We expected a bigger room because we booked a family room through app but upon checking in we were given a small room. The staff said it was the family room we booked on app. We had to upgrade on the luxury room for additional 2k+ but its ok, we had a great time, luxury room is great, we enjoyed swimming and it felt like a private resort because there were no other people but us prolly because of the situation. Staff were nice, food was ok. They are pet friendly and allowed our 2 shih tzus inside.
