너무 만족했습니다! 숙소도 청결하고, 온천도 너무 좋았습니다! 체크인할때나 식사할때 소통이 살짝 어려웠지만, 어떻게든 도와주시려 하셔서 감사했습니다~^^ 식사도 너무 맛있었구요! 온천을 비롯하여 음료 무료 서비스와 간식 등 다 만족합니다 아! 길찾기 하는데... 호텔스 닷컴에서 나와있는 길찾기로연결하여 찾으니, 이상한 곳을 안내하더라구요ㅠㅠ 이름 잘 검색해서 찾아가세요~^^

Good service and spa here either clean and welcoming experience. Some facilities are a little bit old and traditional. Good diners, breakfast can be more.

We stayed for two nights and had absolutely wonderful meals! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. In our experience no noise or light at night. The private bath on the balcony was amazing and private with a beautiful view of the hills, river, and surrounding city. The staff was incredibly helpful with figuring out our next travel plans and luggage storage because of the typhoon passing through. There was some language issues but they were extremely capable at navigating and some spoke a good deal of english. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience. The location was an easy 30 minute commute from different vistas and museums in the Hakone region.

The most attentive and caring staff that always made sure everything was perfect with my stay. The facility was stunning, the views and the onsets both private and public were wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were also impeccable. Honestly 10/10, will definitely be back again on my next trip!

This hotel was top notch! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kaiseke dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We loved the private onsen on our balcony. It was very relaxing as we could see and hear the nearby stream. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Very comfortable spacious room. Love the private deep soaker tub on the balcony with a view on trees and plants, very relaxing. The free self-serve bar with varied choices of alcoolic and non-alcoolic drinks was also a unique feature that was an nice bonus.

Very large and comfortable rooms. The private bath in our room was lovely and the washrooms were very nice. Staff was great and patient (I speak very poor Japanese). Would definitely come back here!

We stayed for one night at Tsuki no Yado Sara and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the river and is only a short (5-minute) walk from the town. The restaurants in the area are quite expensive and busy, but there is a Lawson and 24-hour 7/11 nearby where you can pick up food. We had a river view room so we could look over the river and mountains while using our private bath. The room was perfect, very large and equip with all the necessities and comfy beds. There is also a public bath and two private baths available for hotel guests (no extra charge). There is a free drink bar with beer, wine, and spirits on the 3rd floor, as well as a free coffee and tea bar in the lobby. The hotel staff were wonderful, very helpful and polite. We booked the traditional Japanese-style breakfast, which is ready at your table on arrival to your reservation. The food was delicious, with so many courses. Overall, the stay was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hakone. We would definitely come back!

This was easily the highlight of the hotels I stayed at on my Japan trip. Very friendly staff. Great food. Great amenities. My only regret is I could only stay for 1 night before moving onto my next location.

Beautiful accommodation, with a private bath in our room, made for a very relaxing stay in Hakone. The private onsens were very good and the lounge wear provided for guests was a nice touch.
