Good facilities

너무 만족했습니다! 숙소도 청결하고, 온천도 너무 좋았습니다! 체크인할때나 식사할때 소통이 살짝 어려웠지만, 어떻게든 도와주시려 하셔서 감사했습니다~^^ 식사도 너무 맛있었구요! 온천을 비롯하여 음료 무료 서비스와 간식 등 다 만족합니다 아! 길찾기 하는데... 호텔스 닷컴에서 나와있는 길찾기로연결하여 찾으니, 이상한 곳을 안내하더라구요ㅠㅠ 이름 잘 검색해서 찾아가세요~^^

内風呂は広々して、洗い場も配置が良かったですが、露天風呂は小さくて景色も特に良くないのでそんなに期待はしない方が良いです。お湯の循環も悪いのかいろいろ浮いてました。そして、温めです。 部屋風呂付きの部屋に泊まる場合は、そちらで十分かもしれません。

We loved our stay here, the bath on the balcony was so relaxing and peaceful and there are both public and private onsens that can be used when available. My husband and I used the private onsens and enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks also available at all times. The kaiseki breakfast and dinners were a great experience and a good opportunity to try traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff are very kind, welcoming and friendly and it’s about a 10 minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto station.

Designated dinner time and breakfast time was very late for us. It was good that drinks were included.

Beautiful room, great location, fantastic breakfast experience

The best feature of the room was the outdoor soaking tub by the river. The restaurant was incredible with amazing dinner and breakfast. The room was a bit dated for the price.

The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone.

Amazing service!!

The hotel staff mistakenly settled dinner charge for one of the two rooms I stayed during checkout, later hotel contact me to request to process the same amount for the other room dinner charge, I said okay despite it was their mistake during check out. But then when the final charge came, they double charged it. Very unhappy with the management and how they handle this. Now I have to ask credit company to fight the wrong charges.

Staff and accommodations were great. The only issue was the water for the private outdoor bath did not get hot enough (little over lukewarm). Bit of a disappointment since it was the main attraction for my visit.

Told me to leave my key at the desk, but when I came back around midnight I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby for them to get back to the front desk to go to my room

露天風呂備え付けの客室でしたが、露天風呂も含めて清掃が行き届いており清潔でした。 川のせせらぎを聞きながらの入浴は最高でした。今回、2度目の滞在でしたが、また、利用させていただきます。

Beautiful surroundings, tranquil atmosphere. Lovely hotel with great facilities including free bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful despite the language barrier, dining experience is truly Japanese with great food. Room was immaculately clean and spacious with good bathroom
