Das Licht im Bad ging einfach nicht super nervig

So an für sich, gibt es an den Hotel was die zimmer Trifft kein problem. Wir fanden es nur ziemlich umständlich alles selber heraus zu finden und alles selber zu erledigen. Parklplatz anfrage musste selber organisiert werden. Zimmer wahl war am Anfang falsch Frühstück?

The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. There’s also tons of walking paths nearby. We walked all the way to the famous cathedral. The only down side is there is no one at the reception and it is self check in. My code was not working and my international calling to call the receptionist wasn’t working either. Luckily my husband's phone was working so we were able to get someone to let us in our room at 9 pm. You also have to ask every time to access the elevator to get to your room.

Wir versuchen fair zu sein. Positiv: digitaler, relativ einfacher Check-Inn Sonderwünsche wurden überwiegend erfüllt Zimmer oberflächlich relativ sauber Badezimmer schön, gute Dusche Die wenige Kommunikation war freundlich Kostenfrei Kaffee-Kapseln, Zucker, Marmelade Sehr positiv: Nadja, die bemühte, nette Zimmer-Fee, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Neutral/negativ: Kein Parkplatz verfügbar. Deswegen hatten wir eigentlich gebucht. Am Ende hatten wir das, was wir NICHT wollten: eine Stunde um den Block gefahren ("parken können Sie rund ums Haus") - keine Chance. Am Ende landeten wir auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz ampido (18 Euro pro 24 Std, da man nur 10 Euro aufladen kann wurde es teurer), gute zehn Minuten Fußmarsch v. Appartement. Mit Gepäck ungünstig und nachts gefährlich. TV und Kaffeemaschine defekt. Bekamen erst am zweiten Tag Ersatz, da wir abends durch die Parkplatz-Suche spät ankamen und nicht direkt alles getestet haben. Anfangs ging die Organisation von einem Bedien-Fehler aus (der es nicht war). Ich habe ein Deluxe Studio gebucht mit Balkon. Es gab keinen Balkon (es hat sowieso geregnet) und die Zimmer-Größe lässt auf ein Eco-Zimmer schließen. Das ist eine Annahme, ich habe kein anderes Zimmer gesehen, außer Bilder. Prinzipiell nicht schlimm, aber ein Preis-Unterschied. Staub hinterm TV nicht zu knapp. Einrichtung teils abgewohnt und Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren. Anregung: Zimmer vor jedem neuen Gast prüfen (Checkliste!) und Kaffeemaschinen tauschen. Dann gut.

I saw previous few reviews for this place , not sure they stayed at the same. Without doubt i would never stay here if it was even free. The most expensive socalled "aparthotel" ive stayed at , and by far the worst!! The rooms are situated on part if floor 2 if a 1960s residential tower block. There is no staff, i contacted them by their answerphone and email ,recieved no reply in the 5days i was there. The only staff were the cleaners who were rude ,bad mannered abd did no cleaning in my room over the days i was there , neither would they help with tv that didnt work or contact the owner on my behalf . If this place was 20euros a night i wouldnt have written a review , but due to the awful staff or lack of and the exorbitant price it was 110euros per night i had to . This place needs health warning if youre planning to stay .its not as advertised its dusty in places . Everything is tatty , its dreadful .t

Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable.

Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is. Wordt niet met een bordje of iets aangegeven. Ingang is bij de Unicenter op de hoek van het gebouw. Je moet de receptie/doorman vragen om deur te openen naar de liften/ingang van het hotel. Verder ging het inchecken met de machine prima. Kamer was ruim en netjes. Tram opstapplaats is aan de overkant en makkelijk te nemen.

フロントがなく、困った時には電話連絡をしないといけないため、英語またはドイツ語がかなり出来ないと厳しい。そしてホテルのあるビルはとても古く、学生寮も入っているので、ガタがきてる感じがある。

Durch früheres ankommen in Köln war es kein Problem früher einzuchecken. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich direkt darum gekümmert, dass das Zimmer schnell gesäubert wurde. Bis in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel ist aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!

Excellent séjour. Il a cependant fait très chaud à Cologne et l'hôtel ne dispose hélas pas de climatisation.

To start.. you should look for Sleepy Cologne otherwithe you never find the hotel hidden in the big tower with a small sign. The tower is old and you have to ask at the main entrence to open the door to jump in the elevator and go to the second floor. It's an old building... The guy at the front desk was nice. Just forgot to ask for the tax refund since it was a buisiness trip.. too late and we couldn't go back. But offer a free coffee which I didn't take because I'm not drinking coffee.. Room really clean. Simple, but convenient. Towels looks a little bit like at home... old and the less coloured. WLAN useless in the evening.. to many connections? And really noisy from the street... Was ok for one night and because I needed to go the the university. Otherwise I won't recommend for longer. There are not much in the near. But ok you can jump in the U-bahn in front to go easily in the cit center!

Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, der Hammer ! Alles war einfach so perfekt.

Schön eingerichtete, neue, saubere Appartments. Check in über Automaten funktioniert gut und problemlos. Freundlicher Service. Zentrale Lage Nähe Uni und Uniklinik. Allerdings ziemlich lauter Straßenverkehr (Fenster sind aber gut schallisolierend). Direkte Umgebung ist sicher, aber nicht so schön.
