Huone oli siisti ja sängyt ihan mukavat, mutta WC:n viemäri haisi aivan hirveälle koko ajan. Siihen ei auttanut tuuletus. 4 tähden hotellissa pitäisi olla tällaiset asiat hoidettuna. Huoneessa ei myöskään ollut tallelokeroa.

Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights. They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe. We would definitely stay here again.

location was central to the river, markets and the train station in this town. nice restaurant in the hotel with outdoor seating. room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps.

War sehr schön, Parkplätze wären gut

Dejligt hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed tilbagetrukket fra vejen og med skøn udsigt til Mosel.

Fikk god hjelp til å sjekke inn. Hotellet lå meget sentralt, det var reint og virket godt ivaretatt. Fin utsikt. Parkeringen var billig på andre siden av broen, 200m fra hotellet.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Weshalb wir dieses Hotel eigentlich gebucht haben. Der französische Balkon ist kein Balkon sondern ein Bodentiefes Fenster. Was uns sehr enttäuscht hat

Schön zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel etwas eingeschränkt, da es ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Aber hier kann man im Hotal einen Garagenplatz mieten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Altstadt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes. Das Frühstück mehr als reichlich mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Zimmer ist modern und sauber, der Badbereich ebenfalls. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert

Check in is self check in. An employee helped to take care of that. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a strip of other hotels, cafes, and stores. It does overlook the Mosel river which is very nice. Everything is easily walkable and beautiful!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie erhofft und gebucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Es war nicht die erste Buchung in diesem Hotel und auf jeden Fall nicht die letzte. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein nächstes mal.

If it's a weekend night and your room is around the back of the property, you better not care about noise. Loud noise from the bar(s) next to the property around the back prevented sleep until about 3am. I also didn't like the self-check-in process though it was nice someone from the hotel was there to help. The people working at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
