The friendly service is very good. However, the room is not soundproofed, so I can hear the cars passing by. The room is too cold at night. The location is unfortunate as it is far from the subway station.

Staff were friendly and good. The room was very very small and run down but I can't complain for the price we paid and the convenience of location for our plans. Would I stay here with my children...no. Would I stay again with my husband..yes if my budget was tight

On arrival, the lady in reception was very welcoming and helpful with our check in. Our room was clean and tidy, however was lacking any sort of clothing area such as a small wardrobe etc. luckily our stay was only 1 night. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a severe downfall of our stay. On arrival the bathroom had a distinct smell and was quite foul. The shower was pretty much pointless as the water pressure was so poor, it made it impossible to wash. We were staying for the zach bryan concert and was asked to leave our key behind when leaving the building (just something to keep in mind when carrying valuables). On arrival back to the hotel around 11:30pm, the member of staff on night shift was quite rude and unhelpful when letting us back into the hotel. We purchased 2 drinks and 2 chocolate bars from the fridge at reception and took 10 minutes for him to price up our payment for card. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again but it was okay for 1 night.

Decent parking

This was the worse night I ever had. The hotel amenities are not bad, just be aware if you are staying during the summer... We had top floor room, which was torching hot when we arrived at 3pm, but it got even worse in the evening! Even though the temperature outside was already chill and pleasant, in the room was real hell, 30°, no sir whatsoever, and the only window couldn't even open properly as it had lock on it. We tried to fall asleep, as we were in the area for an event, but it was so bad that we decided to leave at 2am and drive 3.5h to get bavk home.

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel that was in a handy location for our stay. While the staff were friendly, I had to ask for very basic stuff like towels and drinking water as none were available in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was clean and worked well.

Parking was secure. Greeted well by reception. Room was very tired and grubby looking. Kettle turned off when it wanted. Phone charging point didnt work. Window nets were grotty and dust under the bed. Bathroom sink pipes exposed and radiator very rusty and toilet seat very worn. Considering this, it was too dear.

Budget accommodation. All okay for a short stay. Short walk from St James overground and on bus route. Accommodation was basic but clean and tidy - all good for the price.

Parking was easy and very secure. Breakfast warm (not hot) but appeared freshly cooked.

The room was adequate as I was only staying for one night. There was a ceiling fan which was needed as the central heating was on quite high. The one negative with the room was that the shower wasn't very warm. Also the secure parking on sight costs an additional £10.

This hotel never disapoints. We have been twice before, and we are always impressed by the indulgence of the hotel. The rooms are impecably designed, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and courteous.

Incredibly strong smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room. Asked to change rooms which friendly staff responded too but the second room ended up being just as bad. Made for a very poor night’s sleep between the smell and the sound of the fridge.

Het hotel had een goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De douche was kapot, en waterdruk was heel laag. Ook was het of te warm of te koud, en je kon je buren en het geluid van buiten heel goed horen. Echter was het personeel lief en snel.
