Room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. Room looked clean until we drew back the bed covers. Sheets were covered in hair. Pulled those off to find a very stained mattress complete with multiple cigarette burned holes.

Upgrade the tub would be nice, looks grimy .

I am not sure the air conditioner worked--it was a fan blowing air. Room was clean--tv was a bit of an issue but we got it going. Bed was comfortable.

It had a pool, even though I didnt get to use it. Hottub was not working, but the air conditioning was working but no instructions on how to use it

Checkin: Don't like that the desk person insisted on photocopying both my driver's licence and my credit card. Said I could pay $200. cash instead of copying c.c. but didn't have cash. Room #1: toilet leaking fresh water onto floor. No tv remote(s). Got new remotes but no sound..finally moved us to another room. It was better but shower/tub diverter sprayed water on floor and didn't divert water to shower head properly (only 1/3 to shower head). Asked for room with view..got cinderblock wall for a view.People were nice and helpful not their fault..just old and poorly maintained. Bed was okay. Good for one night. Price was right.

Was put off by patrons sitting outside drinking and smoking dope so close to our room

Rooms were clean, staff was great. Stay was great. Pool was abit too cold and may need abit better on cleaning, hottub was not filled or warm or hot.

Furniture was very old and dated. Old phone. Bathroom very outdated and slapped together...Tub dirty had a bug in it. Caulking in tub was cracked. Taps were old and dated.

I am very disappointed and will never stay there again. There was no heat in the room. Partying and fighting all night long, tried to phone front desk no one answered. Garbage and smoke butts all over the walk ways. I was too scared to try the pool or hot tub! I miss the old owner she was good. Restaurant food is great and workers were amazing.

Non-smoking Room smelled dirty and of stale smoke. Tub did not have a fitted plug to hold the water tight, tub had partial soap scum ring I cleaned before using.

Everything was great except for the restaurant. We ate there on Thursday evening. We brought guests with us and my husbands meal was cold and mine and my friends bacon on our club sandwiches was rock hard and neither one of us could eat it. We were so unimpressed with the service as well. The one lady was yelling at the rest of the staff to sweep and mop and made us feel like we had to rush. It was the worst meal we had in P.G. ...the Hotel front desk staff was FANTASTIC! Housekeeping was GREAT! Don't eat at the restaraunt! Dennys is right next door and has great food and staff!

Clean, quiet and very welcoming staff

The room wasn't clean & no heat, no pillows & a pair of someone’s underwear on the floor And white Substance in the night stand & garbage under the bed. We sadly checked out the next morning

Definitely could use some TLC. Room was worn but clean. Some staff were very helpful. Not worth 100.00+ per night

The staff are lovely. The beds aren’t great though.

There was noise like someone cutting wood when i was trying to get to sleep. Did not notice a safety mat for showerimg. Nite clerk gave good directions to room.
