The hotel was in an excellent location with a beautiful lake view with a balcony where you can enjoy having breakfast or.. staff were truly amazing, nice, kind and helpful. We will love to stay there again. But, there is a steep where you need to walk up to the hotel or you can take taxi. From USA, HR

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See, den ich noch nie erleben durfte. Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist hübsch, alles passt. Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch durch frisch zubereitetes Rührei und Bacon, sowie individuelle Kaffeevariationen ergänzt. Die Angestellten waren stets sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Abendessen, welches gegen Gebühr eingenommen werden konnte, war lecker. Zu beachten ist die Lage am Berg, die insbesondere bei klimatischen Bedingungen über 30 Grad Celsius anstrengend ist. Die fehlende Klimaanlage im Zimmer erschwert die Nächte ebenso. Vielleicht könnte ihr investiert werden! Ebenso wäre ein Pool im Garten denkbar, da die Badestellen in Menaggio sehr dürftig ausfallen.

Quarto limpo, com uma vista linda para o lago, fica a cerca de quase 700m a pé do centro de Menaggio. Muito silencioso, ótimo para descansar e ouvir o som dos pássaros.

Adoramos Menaggio, mas o quarto que ficamos tava frio, tinha apenas 1 aquecedor para o tamanho do quarto que era bem grande, e o piso de madeira fazia muito barulho. Café da manhã com ovos feitos na hora.

Room was good, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were excellent, nothing was any trouble to them and they were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a great position on the hillside overlooking Lake Como. Our room was lovely and clean with a balcony with a fantastic view of the lake. We bought breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. The owners and staff are super friendly. I would highly recommend

Our overall stay at Hotel Loveno was good. The staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. However, a few bugs had gotten into the room due to open windows with no screens (common in Italy). We had balcony access, but unfortunately the door would not open. The biggest downside of this property is its location. Google maps will say it is only a 15 minute walk from the ferry port in Menaggio, but it is an extremely difficult uphill walk on cobblestone streets (not ideal for luggage or in general). There is a bus that route that runs to the area of the hotel, but its hours are limited and the process to buy tickets is unclear. If we could go back, we would stay in either Bellagio or Varenna. However, Hotel Loveno was great for what it was.

A very nice basic hotel in a beautiful location. The walk to town is less than 10mins and is not too challenging (depending on fitness level) and a good way to burn off the food and drinks!

O grande diferencial foi o atendimento prestado durante os três dias na hospedagem. Equipe de funcionários maravilhosa! O único ponto negativo é a acústica do quarto.

Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de Menaggio. Chambre correcte avec un balcon et une vue sur le lac (comme demandé lors de la réservation). Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner.

Great little hotel, family operated and in good location. Close to beach, grocery store and main piazza. Parking available. Very clean and excellent service.

The hotel was walkable to town. The breakfast was good. The view of Lake Como from the hotel is really beautiful. I appreciated the staff giving us ideas of things around the hotel. The parking was also good.

Högt upp i byn, långa promenader ner för backar för att komma till centrum. Bra service på hotellet och extra bra med parkeringsmöjligheter. Ingen AC men fin utsikt från balkongen.

The owners and staff were excellent hosts and ensured we had our every need met. The property itself is a beautiful older hotel with excellent views of the lake.

This property was amazing. The view from the room is worth every dollar. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. We got in a bit later on the day of arrival and it was pouring rain, we went down for the dinner and it was so cozy and welcoming of a space.
