The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Airport shuttle is also useful.

Everything was great, the only thing was the restroom it had no ventilation fan so it almost felt like a sauna and the 15/per day parking other than that it was great

JUST GOOD

Comfortable stay. Besides the homeless guy that urinated on himself & was found asleep on our floor.

Complimentary breakfast with a decent spread. The staff was nice, and parking, though an additional cost per night (I think $15), was covered and had easy access to the lobby and rooms from the garage elevator.

Enjoyed the clean pool. Stay was quiet and nice. Clean.

The property was great from check in to check out. Great staff and nice clean rooms.

It’s was a very comfortable room. The only downfall is we didn’t have shampoo or conditioner but other than that it was great!

Bathroom flooded while trying to shower it flooded so bad that it went into the hallway

This hotel was clean. The staff was professional and it is a great location when you’re staying in Houston it is 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall, but it is much cheaper to stay here than stay in the actual galleria. There are great Mediterranean restaurants all around at the level of service was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel close to the museums. Great food options near by, clean building, good staff. Great great breakfast options. Parking was $15/day very reasonable compared to others. The pool is located inside which kept us away just because the water is colder. But overall this place is great. Will absolutely stay again.

Pri at the front desk was great!! She was professional, informative, and had a great personality. All the staff I encounter where helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean(inside and out). The parking and hotel feels secure. The location is accessible to several retail and food places in walking distance. Not far from galleria mall. A nice stay while in Houston.

Everything was ok just wish that the cleaning would improve. And they would offer some water

You can not put makeup on in these rooms as the lighting is bad. The concept of a hotel for families is a clever niche but people with kids wear makeup. I did not know the hotel’s concept when i booked but i would not have thought that a mirror that allowed you to wear makeup was too much to ask for. Thanks

Great stay. Located near places that we planned to visit or needed access to.

This was a last minute booking due to the previous hotel being DISGUSTING! The front desk receptionist was super friendly and welcoming upon our arrival she even apologized to us for the experience we endured from the previous hotel we originally booked with. The breakfast variety was great, close to shopping and restaurants, had a really nice view, and the room was nice and comfortable I will definitely book with Home2 my next visit.

Clean, Quiet, Polite and Caring Staff, Very Convenient, across from CVS Pharmacy and some shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was limited but everything else was wonderful

The hotel was exceptionally clean! We appreciated the parking situation which kept are car safe within the city.
