I had some quite uncomfortable stay. First, the access to the place was super bad for someone who rode a car in Bali. It was located in a super small street and if you don't have quite a skill I bet it would harm the car. I rode a Baleno which isn't a big car but I always struggle to go in or go out to the place. Second, the place wasn't as good as the pictures. It was quite comfortable actually but it didn't meet my standards. For Indonesian travelers, you might wanna consider staying at a place with a “dry toilet”. There were three toilets but only one has a jet spray. Worse, when we arrived, the water didn't run well for the toilet so they had to call some staff to fix it that night but they didn't find the needed part so they fix it the day after. Think about how inconvenient not having water even to flush your toilets on the second floor for 1 night so you had to go downstairs where the only “flushable” toilet is available. Third, still about water. The water heater also doesn't work well so don't even think about taking a hot shower after a long day there. And on the third day of my stay, we didn't have running water at all from morning to afternoon. Totally disturbing. Fourth, the cleanliness of the place. This one should be improved. All the plates, kitchen utensils, and everything looked like it hasn't been washed for some time that it has some sticky dust so I had to wash them before using them just to be sure that it's actually clean and safe to use. The pool is also dirty that made us doesn't even think to step a foot in it. Fifth, the service. They asked for everyone's ID for some unexplained reason which is strange for me since no one ever asked IDs for everyone who stays but usually only the ID of the bookers (me). And they also asked for a quite big amount of deposit. Looking at the services and facilities offered, I don't understand why they had to ask deposit that big. Sixth and the worse of all, on my last day of stay, the electricity's out. In the morning, on a weekday, twice. Which totally disturbed my working activity that needed electricity and wifi to go online and finish my job. To top it all, totally disappointed and would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if this has been improved somehow it would be good for someone but for me, still a big no. Sorry for such a bad review but it is my experience. I hope they can improve the place better.
