커튼이 암막커튼이면 좋았을텐데

특수한 지역이라 평가의 기준이 다를 수 밖에 없을듯. 경유지로 1박을 하였으며, 비수기인 여름에 방문. 도시 전체가 썰렁. 눈이 없는 호텔은 운치도 없고. 방은 광부 숙소를 개조한 덕분으로 1인 기숙사 수준. 욕실 없음. 덕분에 욕실 다니는 사람들로 복도 나무 바닥이 계속 삐그덕 거림. 성수기는 엄청 비싸다고 함. 공항에서 버스타지 말고 택시를 타는것이 더 좋음. 혼자면 조금 손해이나 2인 이상이며 무조건 유리함.

Wonderful stay, good location and breakfast offered has lots of options

I love Mary Ann's Polarrig in Longyearbyen. I had one of the best salmon dinners I have ever had last night. And I have had quite a few good ones around the Arctic. They have updated a few of the bathrooms since I was here before.

We had a great stay. The bath was a little bit tiny but everythlng necessary was in. The breakfast was marvellous, a great variety and very delicious.

The rooms are basic but the living room and the shared amenities are excellent and very comfortable. The restaurant has good local foods like reindeer and seal and other options and is very nice.

Nice staff, very helpful. Good free breakfast. They do everything for you to feel at home.

Fantastic, quirky, friendly! The meal at the restaurant was the best I had in Longyearbyen and also in recent memory (try the whale steak!). Wonderful breakfast spread, comfy waiting area / common room. Highly recommendable.

Fabulous atmosphere at this hotel - it is as though you are one of a science team or early explorers - however these modular type bedrooms have no sound protection and the black out drapes were not sufficient! But the restaurant was delightful with exquisite food - just make to book a reservation early!!

Perfect location. Out of main area but only 5 minute walk to ‘town’. Great breakfasts and a restaurant connected to hotel which is also excellent!

Like living in a museum. You get an idea of how it was to work as a coal miner and an insight into the harsh arctic conditions. Cosy premisis and super nice bar and restaurant.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast spread, clean/well-maintained facilities, attentive staff, and easily walkable into town.

Mary Ann’s has incredible character, comfortable budget lodging, and good food!

The place was very unique e full of the history of town we enjoyed the staff and the town the 24 hours day was a challenging.

Amazing Hotel, great and friendly stuff that do everything to make you feel at home. The Restaurant is also amazing. The wohle Interiors and common areas are so great. The only Small Negative Point are the Room Doors. You can hear every Single door opening. Anyway a Minor Point in this Great Place. Hope to Go there again…

Liten och trevlig lodge med med mycket karaktär och historia. Unikt och speciellt ställe. Gemensamma toaletter och duschrum som det fanns många av. Trevligt med ett gemensamt vardagsrum som inbjuder till social kontakt med andra gäster.

A great stay and very unique in style not something you find in many Hotels. The reception is very helpful especially Storm who understood my needs and very caring.The one thing I didn’t like was the creaky floor boards particularly the corridors outside rooms at night it can be noisy. Highly recommended!

Das Personal ist besonders hilfsbereit und hat mir mehrere nützliche Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war lecker und im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. WLAN ist schnell und stabil. Über einen kürzeren Weg kann man das Stadtzentrum schnell erreichen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet gute lokale Spezialitäten.
