이 멋진 호텔에 두 번째 묵었습니다. 토요일 아침 일찍 체크인을 했는데, 넓은 객실에 세 번째 성인 자녀를 위한 접이식 침대가 있어서 좋았습니다. 복도에 있는 하우스키핑 직원에게 추가 타월이나 편의용품을 요청하는 것도 좋았습니다. 체크인 시 무료 쿠키도 제공되어 좋았습니다. 체크인 시 호텔 측에서 객실 상태를 묻는 WhatsApp 메시지도 좋았습니다. 다만 수영장이 크지 않고 체크인 지점에서 도보로 5~10분 거리에 있다는 점은 참고해 주세요.

이 장소가 좋아요. 가장 가까운 쇼핑몰까지 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 아침 식사는 훌륭해요. 직원들의 환대가 최고예요.

전반적으로 다 괜찮았는데, 다만 클럽 라운지 서비스가 제가 기억했던 것에 비해 약간 떨어졌어요.

Room was quite nice. Clean, spacious, and with good view. Breakfast was also tasty with lots of options. Service was great.

I stayed for 1 night. Check-in was easy and early because the room was available. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower and toilets were clean and well supplied with linens and toiletries. Staff were friendly and courteous. Free parking with ample parking.

I had the most pleasant stay and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful in accommodating to our needs, even after we checked out. Overall, it was great. Thank you.

It was an okay stay at Doubletree by Hilton JB. After seeing the review here and from friends, it was a let down. Room aircorn was not strong and had some stench to it. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. We went also went for the thai dinner buffet there but it was also okay only. However, the services here are amazing. The staff were friendly and as I was here to celebrate my moms birthday, they did a card and cake which was really thoughtful of them.

We had a great time here. Staying with my big family & booking 3 rooms. We all love the rooms, the staffs are friendly & helpful. They're breakfast are amazing. I would recommend this hotel. Definitely will be back again.

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat keramaian, perlu jalan sekitar 10-15 mnt. Kamarnya lumayan, hanya kurang gantungan baju sj di kamar mandi.

Been staying here whenever I head in to JB for staycation. Clean and pleasant hotel rooms with secured parking.

It was a pleasant 2 nights stay. Accommodation was great and food served at the restaurant was value for money and had quite a delicious spread. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sous chef Eunus Baharuddin who takes good care of us when dining. For high tea.

Dapat cookies 5pcs. sedap dia bg panas². bilik sangat bersih. pressure air sangat kuat. katil sangat selesa. saiz katil single, mcm super single. muat tidur 2 org. breakfast byr di sana, 2 orang rm130. banyak pilihan. sedap² semua. tak dapat makan banyak sebab event start awal pada hr yang sama di hotel tersebut. so, agak tak berbaloi byr mahal² untuk bfast, tapi sempat makan sikit. overall, semua superb👍. will repeat stay situ lg.

We had excellent service by the staff at Double Tree. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, though albeit small for the price. Will stay again.
