숙박은 좋았고, 이 호텔을 자주 이용합니다. 리노베이션과 정책 변경으로 인해 가젯을 사용하여 체크인 절차가 더 원활해졌습니다. 👍

방은 깨끗했고, 직원들은 친절했고, 체크인과 체크아웃이 쉬웠고, 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

방이 넓고 음식도 맛있어요 👍🏻

에어컨이 차갑지 않아서 서비스를 받지 못했습니다.

저는 뷔페식 조식 F&B 관리자에게 매우 화가 났습니다. 저는 2박 동안 성인 2명의 뷔페식 조식을 지불했습니다. 하지만 몸이 좋지 않아서 뷔페식 조식을 이용하지 않았습니다. 아내와 2살짜리 유아(아동은 무료로 투숙할 수 있음)만 무료로 투숙할 수 있었습니다. 아내는 몸이 좋지 않은 저를 위해 아침 식사 후 커피 한 잔을 테이크아웃해 달라고 요청했고, F&B 관리자는 뷔페 구역에서만 음식을 먹어야 한다는 것이 정책이라며 소란을 피웠습니다. 저는 뷔페식 조식을 이용하지 않았고 몸이 좋지 않아서 카페라떼 한 잔만 원했는데도 아무런 배려가 없었습니다. 이는 직원들의 공감 능력이 매우 부족함을 보여주는 것이며 이 호텔 경영진의 태도에 나쁜 영향을 미칩니다. 커피 한 잔에 대해 까다롭다면 호텔을 닫는 게 낫습니다. 임원층에 머무는 손님으로서는 너무나 인색한 행동이었습니다. 게다가 임원 라운지도 문을 열지 않았습니다.

수압이 낮고, 샤워할 때 나오는 따뜻한 물과 차가운 물이 일정하지 않습니다.

서비스가 매우 좋고, 객실도 좋았습니다.

객실은 유지 관리를 위해 자주 점검해야 합니다. 객실 카펫은 자주 진공 청소해야 합니다.

제 가족에게 좋은 호텔이고 Traveloka에서 특가를 준다면 다시 올 겁니다. 호텔은 음식 가격을 살펴봐야 합니다. 뷔페식 아침 식사 가격이 너무 비싼데요.

직원들은 친절했지만 저녁 식사를 기다리는 시간이 너무 길었습니다. 음식이 차가웠고 소금에 절인 계란 프라이를 주문했습니다. 메뉴 사진에는 소금에 절인 계란으로 코팅한 건조 감자튀김이 나와 있지만 소금에 절인 계란 그레이비에 담긴 감자튀김과 같은 음식이 나옵니다. 저녁 식사는 200달러 정도 더 냈습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 다양성이 부족했습니다.

I saw this wire is exposed and I try to hide it for safety reasons to avoid my children playing with it. When I touch it it causes a short circuit and the room trip. I need to go to the helpdesk 1 floor and report about it. Please please please be alert especially with electrical. Please put extra safety on it

The hotel very good to stay for short stay because I only come here for healing with my son and we so happy even only me and my son ❤ Everything I fell safe and very worth with the breakfast cause so much food and the taste consider delicious ya recommended hotel in PJ.

Hotel bagus dan bersih, pelayanan juga oke. Best pokoknya.

This is the first time I had to pay for parking after been staying here for some time. Check in is ready slow, not all the counters were open. Barth towels and face towels were old and torn. We paid RM200 plus to get this lousy serving.

Everything was good, Big room got space, Breakfast was nice with the pay reasonable.

During registration time, that's only one staff at the reception, at the same time he need to answer phone call for enquiry. Even guard also asking why only one staff on duty

Lokasi hotel yang strategis, dekat dengan MRT-Phileo Damansara, mempermudah akses untuk berkeliling kota KL. Shopping Center One Utama hanya berjarak 2 statisiun saja. Hotel Eastin dikelilingi oleh gedung-gedung perkantoran, ada beberapa rumah makan, pub, yang menjual sarapan pagi, makan siang dan malam, jadi tidak susah untuk mencari makanan lain selain dari makanan yang ada di restoran yang ada di hotel. Karena di sana adalah daerah perkantoran, maka ada beberapa rumah makan yang tutup setelah jam kantor usai. Sarapan pagi di Eastin Hotel, memiliki beberapa ragam pilihan yang enak. Kamar luas, kamar mandi bersih, jendela luas dilengkapi dengan curtain dan blind yang menghalangi cahaya membuat tidur pulas.

Pertama kali jejakkan kaki tahun lepas dan kali ini mengulang kembali ke sini. Semua masih sama layanan, kemudahan, kebersihan dan lain-lain. Terbaik! Restoran pun masih bagi budi bicara untuk anak-anak kecil untuk masuk tanpa bayaran tambahan. Terima kasih atas segalanya. 😃

Room was clean & comfortable, location wise it is within walking distance to MRT phileo Damansara-but you will have to navigate around to walk as there 's no clear sign to the hotel. Breakfast spread was quite OK in terms of selection. Average wise-average. Check in process was quite slow, staff not quite helpful. Overall-an average rating. Not bad but with the same price, there 's other hotel which is more worth it.
