특히 해변 리조트라는 점을 감안하면 아침 식사 종류가 좀 부족해서 아쉬웠습니다. 디저트: 과일만 있고, 케이크/전통 케이크 등은 제공되지 않았습니다. 음식 가판대: 매일 아침 항상 같은 메뉴였습니다. 소토/닭죽 가판대 없음 / 음식 종류나 선택지가 많지 않았습니다. 음식 가판대 음식의 양은 많지 않았습니다. 음식의 양도 매우 적었습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절했습니다. 특히 메이드 씨, 레스토랑의 에디 씨, 프런트 오피스의 사디니 씨, 그리고 하우스키핑과 엔지니어링 팀에 감사드립니다.

이 리조트는 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 짐바란 해변에 위치해 있어서 해변에서 아름다운 석양을 감상할 수 있습니다. 한때 훌륭한 리조트였지만 지금은 관리가 부족한 것 같습니다. 레스토랑과 정원은 개선이 필요합니다. 그래도 새로 리모델링한 객실을 배정받았고 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 좋았습니다. 해변에 있을 때 길 잃은 개들을 보았고, 해변에 사료를 주는 외국인들도 있었습니다. 솔직히 아이들이 해변에서 놀 때 걱정이 되었습니다. 제 기억으로는 15~20마리의 개가 있었던 것 같습니다. 발리 관광청이 이 문제에 관심을 가져야 하거나, 동물 보호소에 있는 이 개들을 기꺼이 돕고 돌보는 동물 보호 단체가 있어야 할 것 같습니다.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, namun Standardlayanan sangat kurang terutama di awal jam 아침 식사, pada saat saya masuk kerestoran, 직원 yang Stand by hanya 1 orang, yg lainnya tidak Stand by di stationnya, variasi 뷔페 아침 식사 perlu ditambah, kebersihan dan keamanan pantai juga perlu diperhatikan karena ada beberapa 안징 거짓말쟁이 양 랄루 랄랑

Do not stay in this hotel! Bed bugs cockroaches, and bad service is considered normal here. It started out well. We arrived around midnight and settled into our room quickly and had a good rest. Woke up in the morning to the beautiful Balinese garden, a decent breakfast (bare minimum menu, btw), and walked along the beach, which is right in front of the hotel. During the day, I noticed a number of bed bug bites, but I didn't make a big deal of it. We were only staying for 2 nights, and I can always spray the bed with natural repellent. Things took the worst turn when we got back in the evening. Found cockroaches in the bathroom, one big and one small. Called reception, only to be told to go back to my room and wait for room cleaner. Room cleaner came, caught the cockroach with his bare hands, and said everything was OK now. I tried to ask what he was going to do about the problem, since I have no idea where the roaches had been, and that roaches are very dirty animals. His reply: "What do you suggest we do? It ' s only 2 cockroaches. Maybe talk to reception. "I had to demand that he cleaned the bathroom, gave us new towels, threw away my toothbrush, and hoped my severe allergic reaction to roach wouldn't flare up. When I did talk to reception, his reply was that I should expect 1-2 cockroaches as normal since we are in nature. I guess he doesn't know that roaches exist where the sewage system is bad and that even 1 cockroach in a hotel is bad enough. Also, the bed was evidently old and has lost its support coil. I didn't notice the first night because we were so tired, but I had trouble sleeping the second because of it.

Bayar berikut breakfast tp ternyata tidak di sediakan dan tidak ada pegawai yang stay di resto nya.

Makanan Cuma ala karte, padahal di d’asilo tas buffets, but it’s ok. Yang menyebalkan adalah diskriminasi bahan resto. Saya datang duluan, saya minta buku menu. Tidak di layani. Sampai 2x dan itu menyebalkan. Sedangkan asing yang baru datang saja langsung di kasih menu makan dan Teh atau kopi.

Pengalaman menginap menyenangkan, tempatnya indah, yang paling berkesan petugasnya ramah.

Sepi ga ada tamu, cuma kami aja sekeluarga.

We arrived at night, drive through a narrow and dark road. But when we checked in very friendly staff great us and immediately help us carry our luggage to a beautiful room with Balinese touch. In the morning we saw the beautiful Balinese garden with many kinds of frangipani trees surrounding us and also clean and nice beach just in front of us. Breakfast at the restaurant by the beach, was good, and served quickly by a lovely lady staff. Swimming pool also nice. Bathroom amenities okay. WIFI/Internet also strong. Minor points. There is no water spray for the toilet and no spa/massage service. Definitely I enjoyed very much our stay there. A quiet and lovely resort. Thank you.

Sarapan kurang menunya, jam 8 pagi belum tersedia.

Awal datang harus menunggu beberapa saat karena katanya bookingan kami tidak masuk. Padahal saya booking sudah beberapa hari sebelumnya. Tidak ada cleaning service yg standby jadi pihak hotel mencari-cari orang terlebih dahulu untuk menyiapkan kamar kami. AC mati-mati, kami kepanasan saat tidur. Saat malam tidak ada petugas hotel, jadi kami tidak bisa mengeluhkan masalah AC secara langsung.
