전체 평가 및 리뷰 Novotel Bali Nusa Dua - Hotel & Residences

방까지 동행하는 사람이 없어서 20분 동안 찾아야 했습니다. 직원들이 짐을 그냥 가져가서 드롭오프 장소에 두었습니다. 5성급 호텔이라는 건 기억나는데, 왜 그런지는 모르겠네요. 호텔이 꽤 오래되어서 방 곳곳에 얼룩이 있었습니다. 음료를 주문했는데 두 번이나 가져오는 걸 깜빡했습니다. 다른 하나는 물이 들어있는 쿨러입니다. 모든 호텔에서 생수를 주는데, 쿨러에 있는 물은 어디서 가져왔는지, 저보다 몇 명이 마셨는지는 모르겠습니다. 전반적으로 수영장과 아침 식사가 꽤 괜찮았지만, 다시는 그곳에 가지 않을 겁니다. 이 호텔은 5성급 호텔에 걸맞지 않습니다.

어떤 사람들은 상쾌함이 필요합니다. 방에 더 많은 빛이 필요합니다.

가구는 고전적입니다. 칫솔과 같은 욕실 용품은 제공되지 않으므로 요청해야 합니다.

직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 우리는 2베드룸 아파트에 머물렀고, 부모님은 따로 묵었습니다. 우리는 우리 집에 더 가까운 방을 요청했고, 그들은 친절하게도 우리 아파트 바로 맞은편에 방을 마련해 주었습니다. 우리 노부모님에게는 매우 편리했습니다. 아이들은 수영장과 온수 욕조를 정말 좋아했고, 부모님은 푸른 나무로 둘러싸인 테라스에서 휴식을 취하는 것을 좋아했습니다. 온 가족이 정말 즐겁고 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. Novotel, 감사합니다!

식당 직원은 다시 교육을 받아야 합니다. 특히 오랫동안 일하셨거나 나이가 많으신 분들 등 아마도 당신은 미소가 무엇인지 잊었을 것입니다.

호텔은 꽤 낡았고 보통이에요

호텔 직원 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 비용을 추가하지 않고 예약한 것보다 더 나은 객실 업그레이드 시설을 받았습니다. 호텔 공간은 어린이에게 매우 친숙하며, 호텔 내에서 즐길 수 있는 다양한 활동이 있습니다. 그리고 한밤중에 방에서 청소를 위해 직원의 도움이 필요한 작은 사건이 발생했을 때 매우 신속하게 대응했습니다. 적극 추천합니다!

Tempatnya nyaman untuk berlibur.

Kamar nya bersih, nyaman dan makanannya rekom enak banget. Kapan-kapan kalau liburan ke bali pasti balik lagi ke hotel ini.

Great when you're travelling with a toddler. We rented 1 apartment bedroom, which was very spacious. And you have a kids pool, club house, and private beach-this is enough for us. You can always order go-food/grab food and there is 24 hour Circle K in the back. However, refurbishment is needed-the toys in the kids club are quite old, also the rug where kids are sitting looks very outworn. The lady who takes care of the kid is great though. Also for the pool-it is a bit weird, we can not take the floaties to the big pool, which is very close, and had to pay 100-ish to purchase first. Furniture in the room + curtain was also quite dusty-and will need to be hydro-vacuumed. It is comfy, but my kid got her dust allergy within a day.

- Ruangan kurang fresh, kesan suram, tidak tampak baru & malam bau septic tank.- cek in tidak ada amenity n handuk.- mau ke pantai novotel harus jalan hampir 1 km an melalui daerah yang seperti hutan belum ditata.

This hotel's manager need to train their staff how to work in hospitality. The security at the gate asked me and my friend if we are really check in to the hotel. Maybe because we drive a motorbike. No complete amenities in the room, I needed tooth brush and tooth paste. The staff said they are by request. The room must be include with complete amenities, especially if you claimed your property is 5 star hotel. Before check out I asked for soap and bottle of water, but they never came! If I could back to the time I booked my hotel, I will never stay in this hotel. I pay too much for that kind of service. The staff really need to train how to work in hospitality. And the staff need to be reminded that they work at 5 star hotel, that they work for people who pay for their service.

Pos: staf ramah, ada shuttle car untuk ke pantai, sarapan cukup bervariasi, area tamannya rapi, bersih, hijau dengan pohon yang cukup rindang. Neg: Fasilitas kamar tidak seperti hotel bintang 5 pd umumnya. Tidak ada sikat gigi (harus minta), tidak ada handuk kecil untuk lap tangan/wajah, di kamar sama sekali tidak ada cermin (cermin hanya ada di toilet). Atau mgk karena tipe apartemen, jadi kurang diperhatikan?

Kamar nya sudah tua shgga tidak nyaman untuk nginap berlibur.

Kamarnya bersih, suasananya tenang dan sangat cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga, pelayanannya sangat baik, ramah, dan fast responses. Hotel murah meriah di kawasan bintang 5 Bali.

Very nice place to stay with family. Good facilities, quiet and clean. Very nice and decent size pool. Food is also great. Make sure to get breakfast included in the booking, otherwise will be very $.:) Staff were also nice, friendly and helpful. Will come back again in the future.

Order untuk BOS. Sandal dan dental kit nya harus diminta by phone.

-Perlengkapan mandi hanya untuk 1 orang, padahal me ginap 3 orang (sudah pesan extrabed juga), sudah minta tambahan, cuma dikasih untuk 1 orang lagi.- Menu breakfast standard saja.-Kolam renang kotor oleh daun-daun.-AC kamar tidak stabil suhu nya.
