객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 편안한 구조였습니다. 호텔에서 해변까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 호텔 테니스 코트 구역에는 피클볼 코트도 있어서 개인 라켓을 가져와서 즐길 수 있습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

정말 좋은 곳이에요. 전망도 좋고요. 아내 생일을 축하하기 위해 이곳을 찾았습니다. 정말 가치 있고 멋진 곳이에요. 이 호텔은 새로 리모델링을 했고, 객실도 좋고 로비도 멋졌어요. 이번에는 현지 음식을 찾고 있어서 호텔 음식은 먹어보지 않았어요. 다음에는 꼭 먹어봐야겠어요 😉

가족끼리 조용하게 쉬기에 좋은 곳이었습니다. 모든 것이 아주 좋았고, 특히 호텔이 새 단장을 해서 더욱 좋았습니다. 가족끼리 오시기에 추천합니다.

주차장까지 걸어가기에는 거리가 멉니다. 방학 성수기라 주차장이 이미 꽉 찼습니다. 호텔 밖에 주차하세요. 주차 공간을 더 확보하려면 개선이 필요합니다.

로비 직원들의 따뜻한 환영과 새로 리노베이션된 객실의 멋진 분위기. 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 어린이 방과 헬스장이 마음에 들었습니다. 수영장 구역은 확실히 좋았습니다. 새로운 로비와 레스토랑을 기대하고 있습니다.

우리는 패밀리룸에 머물렀습니다. 객실은 괜찮고 최근에 리노베이션을 했습니다. 수영장 구역도 좋고 아이들을 위한 슬라이드 2개가 있습니다. 대가족과 함께 갈 계획이라면 이 호텔을 고려해 보세요. 이용할 수 있는 액티비티가 꽤 많습니다. 키즈 클럽도 있는데 양말을 꼭 챙겨오세요. 양말이 없으면 입장할 수 없습니다.

이미 성인 2명과 5세, 8세 어린이를 위한 객실을 신청했지만 퀸사이즈 침대 1개가 있는 객실 1개를 받았습니다. 결국 1박에 거의 RM300이 드는 추가 침대를 구매해야 했습니다. 호텔에서 4명을 위한 객실을 제공할 수 없다면 일찍 알려야 합니다. 앱에 표시되지 않는 게 낫습니다.

직원들은 모두 매우 친절합니다. 어린이 방은 매우 넓고 게임과 미니 영화관이 많습니다. 수영장은 정말 좋고, 주변 해변은 활동이 많습니다.

아이들과 함께 휴가를 보내기에 좋은 곳이에요.

Just refurbished room and very nice! Had an expectation that room is directly facing sea, however it is not, but that's OK. Room is clean but had a slight ants issue because of sweet drink. Staff are polite and always greet us with a big smile. Not crowded during fasting month and enjoyed my stay here.

The room is clean. Check-in can be made before 3 p.m. The room was ready. The mini water park is nice, and my kids love it so much. You can even walk on the beach. Overall, my family and I love staying in Swiss Garden and would repeat our staycation some other time.

Dah kali ke 3 kami repeat ke sini, tahun 2023 2kali. tahun 2024 baru pertama kali. dah upgrade bilik baru. selesa, view yang cantik, duduk di Premier King Room Room No 8383. lepas ni ke Kuantan memang repeat sini sebab anak-anak suka.

I had pleasant stay here despite half of the hotel was under renovation. I got newly renovated room. The room was nice and all equipment were branded new. I like the pool area-kids friendly and got sauna as well. The staffs were kind and helpful. It would be better if the hotel can provide pathway to the pool for OKU and babystroller. Can't wait to see how the hotel will transform once the renovation completed.

The hotel is perfect for honeymoon or family gateways. It'located right near by the beach. Their service was impeccable! Staff member very friendly. Also have service for playground for kids. Only breakfast maybe need to have variety but We Really enjoy the stay.

Generally staff was pleasant and helpful. Just wish that the maintenance was kept up. Was given ground floor room which was supposed to have been recently renovated. However it was disappointing. The mini fridge was grimy, the door to the balcony was faulty, the cupboard had stains (refer to photo) and they even provides towels which had been discoloured (refer photo). Also never accept rm 8070 (next to the kids playroom) - the soundproofing was bad so it was so noisy! After waiting until 5pm before we got my room, it was disappointing to say the least! Luckily the service staff (reception & restaurant) were very friendly and pleasant. It saved this trip!
