전체 평가 및 리뷰 Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan

로비 직원들의 따뜻한 환영과 새로 리노베이션된 객실의 멋진 분위기. 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 어린이 방과 헬스장이 마음에 들었습니다. 수영장 구역은 확실히 좋았습니다. 새로운 로비와 레스토랑을 기대하고 있습니다.

우리는 패밀리룸에 머물렀습니다. 객실은 괜찮고 최근에 리노베이션을 했습니다. 수영장 구역도 좋고 아이들을 위한 슬라이드 2개가 있습니다. 대가족과 함께 갈 계획이라면 이 호텔을 고려해 보세요. 이용할 수 있는 액티비티가 꽤 많습니다. 키즈 클럽도 있는데 양말을 꼭 챙겨오세요. 양말이 없으면 입장할 수 없습니다.

이미 성인 2명과 5세, 8세 어린이를 위한 객실을 신청했지만 퀸사이즈 침대 1개가 있는 객실 1개를 받았습니다. 결국 1박에 거의 RM300이 드는 추가 침대를 구매해야 했습니다. 호텔에서 4명을 위한 객실을 제공할 수 없다면 일찍 알려야 합니다. 앱에 표시되지 않는 게 낫습니다.

직원들은 모두 매우 친절합니다. 어린이 방은 매우 넓고 게임과 미니 영화관이 많습니다. 수영장은 정말 좋고, 주변 해변은 활동이 많습니다.

아이들과 함께 휴가를 보내기에 좋은 곳이에요.

모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 하지만 아침 식사(맛과 메뉴)는 개선되어야 합니다.

Just refurbished room and very nice! Had an expectation that room is directly facing sea, however it is not, but that's OK. Room is clean but had a slight ants issue, because of sweet drink. Staffs are polite and always greet us with big smile. Not crowd during fasting month and enjoyed my stay here.

The room is clean. Check in can be made before 3p. M. The room was ready. The mini water park is nice and my kids love it so much. You can even walk on the beach. Overall my family and I love staying in Swiss Garden and would repeat our staycation in some other time.

Dah kali ke 3 kami repeat ke sini, tahun 2023 2kali. tahun 2024 baru pertama kali. dah upgrade bilik baru. selesa, view yang cantik, duduk di Premier King Room Room No 8383. lepas ni ke Kuantan memang repeat sini sebab anak-anak suka.

I had pleasant stay here despite half of the hotel was under renovation. I got newly renovated room. The room was nice and all equipment were branded new. I like the pool area-kids friendly and got sauna as well. The staffs were kind and helpful. It would be better if the hotel can provide pathway to the pool for OKU and babystroller. Can't wait to see how the hotel will transform once the renovation completed.

The hotel is perfect for honeymoon or family gateways. It'located right near by the beach. Their service was impeccable! Staff member very friendly. Also have service for playground for kids. Only breakfast maybe need to have variety but We Really enjoy the stay.

Generally staff was pleasant and helpful. Just wish that the maintenance was kept up. Was given ground floor room which was supposed to have been recently renovated. However it was disappointing. The mini fridge was grimy, the door to the balcony was faulty, the cupboard had stains (refer to photo) and they even provides towels which had been discoloured (refer photo). Also never accept rm 8070 (next to the kids playroom) - the soundproofing was bad so it was so noisy! After waiting until 5pm before we got my room, it was disappointing to say the least! Luckily the service staff (reception & restaurant) were very friendly and pleasant. It saved this trip!

1) The room & bed is dusty, Under bed got rubbish. 2) We have to call a few times to request sejadah and water. 3) We ordered 2 foods from restaurant room service, only received 1 food. After a complaint, only then do we receive another food. You may hear a phone recording to confirm. The food for room service is only served in the box. 4) Our toilet was clogged, no suction for the waste. We have to call for few times only then does maintenance comes in. 5) Manage to talk to the customer service there. They told that they will escalate this matter to respective person. They asked us to complain via my booking website. This is our first time in the swiss garden. Really2 disappointed with this type of service. Bad experience for us. You may hear the phone recording for the evidence. Not gonna repeat anymore.

Food not so good. This is the second time been here. Swimming pool too crowded during school holiday. But overall good place for family with kids.

I kind of surprised of the cleanliness standards given by Swiss Garden. The room 's floor was very dusty. I guess the cleaner didn't mop or even vacuum it. I used more than 50 pieces of wet tissue to clean the floor. My mistakes I forgot to take the photo of the floor but I have the photo on the TV and slippers 's shelf photo.

The Hotel is owesome and perfect for family and honeymoon, near the beach and very enjoyed the pool.

The resort is packed with so many people. We reached the resort at 3.30 pm and have to queue at reception for half-hour to check-in. We also have to queue for another 25 minutes to get a table for breakfast the next morning. We were only allowed 45 minutes to complete our breakfast. We have to park our car outside the resort that night because the parking was full.

The family room was rather small. I was placed on the 3rd floor and another friend of mine got the ground floor and though we paid the same amount of rate, the difference in the size of the room is very significant. Her room on the ground floor was so much more spacious. Our room does not even allow us to fit extra mattress.

First day awesome. Clean beach. Big pool. Ample parking lot. But second day, they have construction nearby room. Ketuk sana ketuk sini, tak senang nak rehat. Dah tahu construction letakla di bilik yang sesuai.

The room and most of hotel area very clean. Follow SOP to prevent Covid 19. Staff very friendly. The concierge guy Mr. Kamarul very helpful. Food also good. Location suitable for holiday because near to the beach. Can't wait to come again.:-).
