My stay was really bad cause a few days I didn't have water at all in the morning. In one day I had even brown water. Breakfast was very poor, no choice. This hotel is very old, they don't maintain the condition og the hotel. Only one was good is service.

Bilik yang cantik dan selesa, sangat berbaloi, bersih, memang jarang jumpa hotel yang offer family room macam ni dengan harga yang sangat murah, servis parking pun terbaik, pasti akan menginap kembali, tq sandakan hotel.

Location of this hotel is at the center of the city center, it's also located next to the starting point of the Sandakan heritage trail. Room size is acceptable, the shower room is small and right even for a small person like me but it is segregated to prevent everything from getting wet. Water pressure is impeccable and strong WIFI speed can be improved, it's slower than a lot of hotels in Sandakan and they seriously need to add more power plug into each room because my room only had 1 power plug in the whole room. Overall a good 3D2N stay

Perkhidmatan hotel yang baik. Cuma perlu tingkatkan kemudahan wifi. Lain-lain kemudahan semuanya ok. Saliran air dalam bilik mandi bilik 208 boleh ditingkatkan kerana pengaliran yang kurang baik.
