The hotel was superb , breakfast was good and service first class our ideal hotel , everything on your doorstep .

Quite a lot of refurbishment going on around the pool area, although it didn’t bother us. Very friendly staff and good food. Had read about noise from close-by clubs, but we didn't notice any. A very enjoyable stay at Mabrouk Hotel.

The porter was absolutely great always ther when u wanted something!!!!

Sejour catastrophique enormement de bruit au point de me reveiller a 4 h du matin il a fallu appeler la reception pour quil calme les gens dans les etages , faut appeler car 17 h la chambre nest toujours pas faite ,

Breakfast has no choice anything extra you need to pay & breakfast room is very uncomfortable no heater & outside door was open to make room so people don’t sit for long time

Don’t really know how to say this. Who builds a nightclub under a hotel. I asked twice in the early evening about the noise and staff assured me music ends at midnight. I’ve been woken up at 2am and 4.30am by music. What a shame and a sham. It’s a very pretty hotel and great pool vibes both day and night - nighttime lots of locals come for shisha and snacks by the pool, there’s music and stuff like that. But the sound in the ground floor rooms is unacceptable and music was not off at midnight like the staff promised.

+ modern eingerichtetes Zimmer - an zwei Tagen hatten wir zum Duschen nur kaltes Wasser - zwischen Toilette und Dusche war durchgehend eine Pfütze auf dem Boden

I loved how cozy this hotel was. The location was prime, a 5 min walk to the beach. Their breakfast system was unique!

Der Aufenthalt in Mabrouk Hotel war sehr schön und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man fragen hatte, wurden sie sofort beantwortet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berühmt, die wünsche von Gästen zu erfüllen.wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Sara, Mostafa, Ayman, Youssef und all die anderen Mitarbeitern, die unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet haben. Das Hotel verfügt über viel Sicherheit und badygard, so dass wir als Junge Frauen uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir zurück!

Chambre bruyante parfait pour des gens voulant faire la fête mais absolument déconseiller pour des gens venant travailler

The staff is very friendly and polite,they deserve to work at a better hotel. The rooms smell bad, two singles bed don’t equal a double bed! The hotel is very loud and you can’t sleep because of the clubs on the property, the WiFi is just terrible . Don’t stay here.
